The last two upgrades caused me to lose all of my bookmarks. I am running version 106.0.2 on a 64 bit hp desktop. Am I doing something wrong? Pretty basic download/upgrade. I am no longer taking upgrades until I can get answer(s)

Win8 OS is not working properly: power off function will not work,have to unplug to turn off; unable to access OS section that allows to access devices,files,etc. and problems adding up.

Today I downloaded the latest Firefox upgrade and got a flaming orange toolbar which is difficult to read. Troubleshooting the issue by browsing the internet, I tried several things I don't remember, and also clicked on the DuckDuckGo privacy tab when that option came up. I was unable to change the color of the tab but then suddenly got a gray screen with all gray tabs. There is no color.

It is not a Microsoft issue, as I have tried rebooting several times and always get a color screen at the reboot. But when the page starts loading, all the icons are gray. I tried a system restore but after a long reboot got a message that the restore was unsuccessful because apparently blocked by my security software (Webroot). The advice was to temporarily disable Webroot but when I go into my apps, the only option is to uninstall and I am hesitant to do that because I don't know if I can quickly reinstall it without having to call Webroot customer service.

At this point I can't figure out what to do. Can you help without my having to reset everything? I always keep a lot of windows open which is one feature I like about Firefox, and really don't want to have to reconstruct all those pages.

I will appreciate your help in solving this problem, which I think is a software issue and possibly related to some things I might have clicked while trying to change the toolbar color.

I have the volume control all the way up. I turn the volume control on videos all the way up. I have just updated Firefox. The sound is too low. Is there an add-on? It used to be OK, not now.

When I go to settings/General/Default Zoom if I check zoom text only, on my facebook page why does it enlarges the the images & have no effect on the text? If I use the device settings +/- to reduce the the image I can get the font to a readable size but text on the left & right side of the page are still gone from the viewing area. Increasing obviously has no better results.

OK, I just tried unchecking zoom text only and it restored it to normal. I'm glad it's back to where was but the way it's listed in the setting seems confusing. If I check "zoom text only" that is the outcome I would expect,

When I first searched for help it returned 0 results, which is why I am posting it.

The tabs on Firefox seem to be smaller than they were a few days ago, and I can't find where to enlarge them. It would help if right-clicking the Tab Bar brought up a "view" option.

I don't think HTTP protection is breaking the internet for me but it's just not letting me access my bookmarks! Either fix the problem for me or give me a link to go to! Thank you! I click on a bookmark then blocks my access.

Why I cannot change these settings:

• Use custom settings for history
• Firefox will remember your browsing, download, form, and search history.
• Always use private browsing mode

I need this setting:

• Never remember history

Or, maybe, that is the same?

On Windows 10 with Fire Fox i like to use the right click to show the drop down menue 1 Save image 2 save page to pocket - and 3 - select all ,. And the next one in the drop down list is Take A Screen Shot .And this is what is not working for me anymore . Changed the Exrtension .screen.shot .dowmload ----to false with no change still the Take Screen Shot fails to work Thank you . Trevor

I upgraded my video card in windows 10 64 bit. The card lets me connect through HDMI finally. But Firefox won't display as before. It now looks like the version of Firefox for my linked cell phones after trying multiple restore efforts. Did Firefox change so the desktop version looks like it was made for my phone? I linked my phone and it seems to have overwritten my desktop settings. Are they recoverable, as in older recent backups of my data still saved somewhere on your server? Thanks much!

Have a problem to use Mozilla / Firefox as my main browser for all email and web browsing or all activities. Tried to go into "setting" to "recall the browser" but unsuccessful

Firefox has been updated on my PC at least 100 times. It ALWAYS brings up the screen asking me to verify if thiis program can make changes to my computer, Why? Is v 102.1 the latest? I don't know I see other comments about other versions.

And so many more issues I am about to pull every last hair out of my head. I don't even know how your Bookmarks work, nothing like I've ever seen. And, why does Firefox Browser open in different pages, sometimes. I'll have 2 rows or 3 rows of add-ons. Sometimes the font is so tiny I cannot read it, other times it's just fine.

I know what you are going to do. You'll give me some instructions with words that mean nothing to me. Then you'll provide articles I can read, and they mean nothing to me either. I AM NOT an IT person. I just want to turn on my computer and have it work properly JUST ONCE! Wouldn't that be great, then maybe twice in a row!

I thoiught i would be happy with Firefox, but I'm not. Just like I'm not happy with Windows platforms from 7 onward. Instead of making things easier for the everyday user all you do is make things more confusing and complex. I read some of the questions on this website and I don't even know what they're talking about.

I just want Firefox to WORK
