Hello. I have some questions. I want to delete the image, but I don't know how. How can I do this? I've looked into it, but I couldn't find a solution, so I came to ask for advice.

I don't like to use the address bar to type searches. I like using the SEARCH BOX in Firefox's New Tab instead. But, with each update, I once again have to try to figure out how to set Firefox searches to be typed in the search box. Is there any way to set this so it doesn't get changed with every update?

I read online that Firefox is planning on implementing AI features. Given the track record of AI in other browsers leaking private information, bogging down connectivity, and generally being a nuisance towards users, I was wondering if there will be opt out features in future updates? Or know of forum threads that will update with tutorials on how to turn off AI features?

If not, does anyone on this forum have recommendations for no-ai browsers?

I recently got a new laptop with Windows 11 Pro. I installed Firefox from the Mozilla site. When I click to open Firefox, it takes a long time - 41 seconds to be exact. I uninstalled, reinstalled and restarted my computer. I cleared the cache. I tried to run as administrator. Not sure what else to try. As I wait for it to open, it reads "not responding" in the search bar area. Any ideas?

some items are large, some items are TINY. I have tried resetting my display setting scale, but the url bar, the menu where are my open tabs, the bookmarks toolbar, and some other things re TINY.

Hi, When I click on a link in ANY email, it says " Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site. We can’t connect to the server at omxj86ebb.cc.rs6.net. If you entered the right address, you can:

   Try again later
   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

I know I did something to make my computer more secure, but don't remember. Please help! THANK YOU!

Firefox closes my window too fast-feels like after seconds of inactivity. Can I extend to 5 or 10 minutes? I live alone so o no one is going to run in here and get on my computer when I get up to let the dog out.

I use Firefox for genealogy research because it always keeps track of which pages I've previously accessed since their hyperlink will change color. Today, I ran Microsoft's PC Manager software and it suggested clearing the cache of Chrome and Edge. For some reason it also must have cleared the cache of Firefox since the previously accessed hyperlinks are no longer a different color. Since I had a created a restore point this morning before installing PC Manager, I restored the system to that point. Following the restore, Firefox would not open so I re-installed it from the website. I had previously backed up the profile folder and so copied that to the new profile folder of the fresh install. My bookmarks and history seem to be fine but I still don't see a color difference in the previously accessed hyperlinks. Any suggestions on how to get them back would be greatly appreciated.

I have a two monitor setup. Since I installed the new AMD driver (26.1.1), sometimes when I play a game on my main monitor, and watch stream on Twitch in Firefox on my second monitor, it can cause the PC to freeze completely. I hear the sound, but the image is stuck.

I tried to disable the hardware acceleration in Firefox, and it seemed like a good solution. But because of that (which is its function), sites became laggy.

Is this a Firefox, or an AMD issue? Or Windows (I'm on Windows 11 25H2)? I will try to install an older AMD driver, but honestly streams had became laggy before the driver update for me.

Most of the keyboard shortcuts are not working. Copy-paste works, but others for example, Ctrl + F doesn't work. Very confusing and frustrating. Attached is the screenshot of Browser Console and it does show missing attributes. Not sure if this is a browser issue (currently using 147.0.3 (64-bit)) or I need to make certain change settings. I would appreciate any suggestions to resolve this issue.

You did a new mozilla today and my bookmarks and bookmark tool bar are gone everywhere. How do I get back to profile yesterday 2/10/2026. It deleted my settings in TOOLs, Settings. Especially in security, how I want my home screen to look. This is horrible. Help.
