Hi everyone, I’m managing an online bill information website, and some users reported an issue when they try to download or print a PDF bill using Firefox. Sometimes the print preview doesn’t load, or the layout breaks, while it works normally on other browsers.

Is there any recommended Firefox setting, extension, or workaround to prevent this issue? Also, is there a specific print CSS or PDF format Firefox prefers to handle better?

Hello, I have just installed Firefox version 144.0.2 on a new computer. I have access to all of the Firefox files and data on the original computer, but I am not able to run Firefox on that computer. Therefore, I am not able to create an export file from the original installation. Is it possible for me to import all of the original Firefox data into the new installation? Hello I am having major problems with Firefox at the moment and have done for a while. I curently have four pages open but as you can see from the attached screen shot of my Task Manager, there are 14 Firefox processes. The usage is OTT on memory and everything else. Could you tell me why this is happening? Currently it is running in Troubleshooting mode but that is not doing anything to improve the problem. It has been known to shut my computer down, as it gets too hot. I run on Windows 10 and Bitdefender is my security. All help is gratefully received. Thanks Lisa

A bit over a month ago, I was away from home for several weeks. When I came back, a browser that worked perfectly before became near unusable with constant and random crashes. Sometimes they occur even with no user input. I have tried troubleshooting mode, I have removed all extensions, I have tried all the fixes I found on Google, I have reinstalled the browser, I have updated all the drivers, I have done MemTest86 which was passed with flying colours and I have even installed a firefox fork (waterfox) to try and fix this all to no avail. I have no clue where to go from here, as it feels very bizarre. All help is much appreciated.

Im Firefox Developer habe ich seit ca. einer Woche das Problem, das die Lesezeichen nicht mhr funktionieren. Kann weder etwas anzeigen lassen, hinzufügen noch importieren.

Das zweite Problem habe ich heute 07.11.2025 festgestellt, habe einen neuen Tap geöffnet und es werde auf einmal die gespeicherten Webseiten nicht mehr angezeigt.

Was kann ich tun? Developer habe ich gelöscht und wider installiert, auch resettet, doch es geht nicht. Auf der zweiten Firefox Brwoser habe ich zwar die Lesezeichen, doch kann keine Webseite mehr hinzufügen. Auch bei öffnen eines neuen Taps, sind die gespeicherten Webseiten verschwunden.

I also often chat with Amazon as they are never short when it comes to fucking my orders

I have not used Amazon for the past 2-3 months and when I finally placed a new order 3 days ago, to resolve the usual non delivery issue, I contacted them via Live Chat, however instead of seeing Chat window pop open as usual, all I got was ABOUT:BLANK in new tab, hmmm...

So far to fix this or at least ascertain cause:

- I contacted Amazon.fr (where I live) and guy at digital services said, "nah, no flies on us, it's Mozilla's fault" - Edge, on same PC (windows 10), works OK for chat - Launching in safe mode changes nothing - Nor does disabling NordVPN - I also added Amazon.fr as "exception" in pop-ups, to no avail - and when I unchecked block box to enable all pop-ups, no better luck - lastly, on my iphone via Safari, all is good, assuming one enjoys typing with 1-2 fingers

Hi, I’m facing an issue where some websites do not load properly even after clearing the cache and cookies. Sometimes images don’t show or pages freeze. Is there a method to force fresh loading or bypass the cache?

I believe I had all this synced in Firefox Settings before I made the upgrade. Like all you fellow former users of Windows 10, I had to upgrade to Windows 11; and did so two days ago. Now, I found that I do not have under History any of the former sites I not only visited but also had tabs open. What can I do, if anything, to recover them? Under the Add-ons Manager, if this helps, I already had the app Tab Session Manager, but don't know how to use it. Thanks to all in advance who may have made this same upgrade. Many out there are still on Windows 10.

Hi everyone, I manage https://myphoneoffers.com, a website that lists mobile phone prices and SIM packages in Bangladesh. I’ve noticed that a few JavaScript-based components (such as floating offer banners and comparison tables) don’t always load properly in Firefox. In some cases, it looks like ad-blocking or strict tracking protection might be preventing the scripts from running. google is saying cookies are disabled when using FF to login. This was working Privacy is set to STANDARD and I went into settings and removed google.com as well to no avail.

How do I fix this?

So this morning I sat down at my computer which was already on and working fine yesterday. Today my bookmarks had disappeared. I rebooted several times, closed and reopened firefox several times and I don't remember what else I clicked on but my bookmarks had reappeared. I sat down at the computer a while ago and opened firefox and my bookmarks seemed to have disappeared again. Before when I clicked on bookmarks up on the toolbar my bookmarks would appear. Now I have to click on bookmarks then bookmarks toolbar to see them and now all of my logins are gone. Should I just ditch this browser and use chrome or is there some simple fix? I never have had as many problems with a browser as I've had with firefox and I no longer see an advantage in using it.

This one is puzzling to me: On a website with login, whenever I click on an link to a pdf, a new tab opens (my normal setting) and immediately crashes (not my normal setting ;)). However, everything is fine elsewhere on the web, even on the same site in the sections without login. Here are some observations that may or may not be connected to this:

• If I right-click and open in new tab/window/download, everything is fine
• When I return to the tab where I clicked the link, the page reloads - independent of whether I did anything in the crashed tab
• the site-admins were not able to reproduce the problem, also it seems fine for other users
• the problem persists in troubleshooting mode, also manually disabeling extension did nothing, emptying cache etc. also nothing.

It is not like this is making me switch browsers (although no crashes in edge), but it bothers me to have no idea why this is happening. :) Maybe someone here feels the same? Thank you for reading either way!

2 days ago you tube is suddenly blocked. 11/6/2025 i would click a video, it would "blink" at me and do nothing. i updated firefox, ublock was updated about a month ago and now i can't even get a home page to load. i have refreshed and restarted
