I keep receiving a popup seeming to be from McAfee security regarding a virus on my computer. It isn't from that security firm. The ad locks my system till I shut off and restart my computer. This is very annoying and occurs on all installed browsers. Is there anything I can do about this annoying thing?

I am here to complain about the recent additions of ai. I use this browser because it is one of, if not the only, browser to not use ai. Fuck off with that if you think anyone who switched to firefox to avoid all the ai bullshit wont just do the same and leave. If ever my only option to use the internet in any capasity was to use an ai run browser, then I'm fucking off the internet forever and going caveman. Porn, fanfiction, and video games have been my only reason for not saying fuck this and going to live in the woods and eat dirt and shit naked in the rain for years now, don't be my last straw.

I am on Windows 11. Asus laptop PC. On Google Chrome, any streaming website I used with autoplay enabled would KEEP full screen mode ON after changing episodes. It would automatically go to a new page with the following episode and remain full screen. Why doesn't Firefox have this feature?? I'm seriously considering going back to Google Chrome for this one small feature. Every time I had any streaming service playing with autoplay enabled, I didn't have to manually select the full screen option every time. I am having to stand up and manually click full screen function. Every. Single. Time. This needs to change PLEASE.

Okay I will try this again. My issue is I do not receive mail from someone using a gmail,com account. The last gmail mail I received was on 8-28-2025. I send mail from my [email removed]@optonline.net account to a gmail address and I don't get a response. I have a known and trusted person send me mail from there gmail process and do not receive it. I spend a lot of time with optonline help and the say there mail process is working fine. It was suggested that my browser could be the problem, so I am coming to you to correct the issue. I do not care it it’s optional. I do not care if there is a “kill switch”. Firefox should not be wasting it’s time on these features in the first place, as it has been nothing but an active detriment to the user experience on every platform on which it has been implemented. Nobody asked for this. Nobody wants this. I installed Firefox because I saw that it was different from other browsers, mainly in the way that it was not following the latest tech fads straight off a cliff. If the new leadership decides to change that, then I see no reason to stick around.

I have LOTS of empty bookmark tags and am unable to delete them.

Hello, The bar at bottom of my home screen is missing. The whole bar is gone. This bar had the windows icon with start-up menu, Power, button etc. That bar also included date and time, and other features. Once, I clicked the bottom of the screen and it came up for one second, but disappeared. How can I retrieve it? Thank you for any help you can provide.

I've been a user of Firefox since day one, now to me the browser is utter garbage, always fighting to do something that was so simple in the early days of Firefox. Wheres that bring the internet back simple browser gone ???

Every update breaks something its like you have a bunch of kids sitting in a play pen hoping the next release will be wow waw great brill but no its turned to garbage, utter garbage, did you sell out to another company or something ??

Can I add your list of proper names (~5000 words) to my dictionaries and release the dictionaries as LGPL?
