When using a tab inside a collapsed tab group, if "open link in new tab" option is used, the tab group expands unprompted. As a result I have to keep collapsing the tab group again and again and again, slowing down the browsing experience. Is there a fix for it?

Firefox restores a window session from before the last time I closed the browser every time I start the browser.

At one point after reinstalling firefox I had two windows open with tabs in each. I closed the one window first with a couple worthless tabs in it before using the other tab that I'd used to continue browsing and continuing my various tab groups. Ever since then, EVERY TIME I launch firefox it launches that other window with its tabs first, although allows me to "restore previous session" overwriting all but the base tab. How the hell do I get it to fucking stop doing this? I just want the last window I closed to be the "previous session" but every single damn time it launches this unwanted window and tabs as the default! I've tried countless times to close the entire browser with the window I want but it still reverts to the previous window!

Dear Firefox, I am a new user, so I must apologize in advance for how naive I may be. I had attempted to search for my answer online, but did not find it.

I was previously on Chrome, and enjoy the tab interface there. As I move to Firefox, I notice that instead of having all my tabs listed at once, after some point I instead am met with "Scroll forwards" and "Scroll backwards" options.

I understand that this may look cleaner and less cluttered to some, but I personally dislike this, as I took comfort in the organized chaos of my many tabs - I was able to navigate through with ease, a single click to open the tab I desired rather than scrolling through my many tabs, which I feel may become incredibly annoying and inconvenient for me.

Is there any way to fix this?

If I have a pinned tab, but I close out of the browser completely, that pinned tab should NOT open there when I relaunch the browser. NO tabs should be opened when I relaunch the browser after it has been completely closed.

PLEASE provide a way to disable this annoying "feature" (i.e., bug).

Any time I launch Firefox, and it loads with the six tabs I have setup, it doesn't actually load the site until I click the tab. It shows the tabs with the correct favicons, but it doesn't actually download the site until I click the tab. Is there anyway to get it to load the site before I ever click the tab?

How can I get right click to open my selection in a new window? this option has disappeared!

When I right click to open a link in a new window, the top 2 boxes of the right click window are blank and below them is AI stuff, but no open link in a new tab/window! where did it go? How can I get the right click open in a new window back??????

In the previous version of Firefox, there was a location to save current tabs in the "Home" section is that still available? Where is it?

Where is my home screen start up tabs? I used to start up Firefox and my chosen tabs opened. Where are they? That is the reason I have stuck with Firefox all these years.

if you have a group of tabs shrinked, you can click on it and move it around similar to how you can move a single tab. if you move a single tab, and hover it over a tab group, tab group gets highlighted and a single tab gets added to the tab group it hovered. can't you make it so that when you hover a tab group over a single tab, the tab also gets added to that tab group, w/o the need to load the contents of the tab?

I have added new tab groups but when I try to add new tabs only 4 or 5 of 7 are listed for adding tabs. I can find and open them from the down arrow menu for tabs, but again, they aren't listed as an open tab to add to.

When adding tabs to a tab group, are the tabs moved or copied into the group?

I have many different interests. I also have hundreds of tabs. I would like the tabs in a group not appear on the open tabs line. I also want selecting a tab group to replace the default open tabs line.

my laptop was on the internet but nothing would load so i restarted it and my windows always auto open and it did but my tabs were empty,not like when you open a new window i mean full empty so a restarted again and i could load tabs but my window was not in recently closed

I've been using "tab groups" for a while but then suddenly my tabs' groups that I just had saved just disappeared, when I had a lot of them of my pending activities. I don't know why it happens, please help me to figure that out cause I had a lot of information that I didn't save on bookmarks. Like I just showed in the uploaded image, I just could restore 1 group tabs because my firefox and laptop turned off and I had that group open before it turned off, so firefox notified me that there was an error and I cannot have all my information again, but at least let me restore my last session, that why I could recover One TAB GROUP

I love vertical the tab view. Unfortunately, on one of my systems, vertical tabs to not render correctly. Groups are shown, but there are no favicons or titles shown (see attached image). The tabs are also not clickable. Any insight into how I could debug that would be amazing!

I had about 15 pinned tabs - unloaded - that I was saving for a research project. I shut my PC down and when powered up for the next session - all the pinned tabs were gone. I never thought to record the tabs via screen shot or something.

Swiping left with two fingers is the same as going back, but I keep doing it accidentally. I thought there was a setting for it, but I can not find it now. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
