We tried 2 different computers, but two different users. Type in the user name and the password and it looks like it will start up, but then returns to the login paged.

I am trying to upload my picture as an avatar in Gravatar. I keep getting an error message and it won't upload. I'm wondering how I do that.

All of a sudden, starting today, I cannot view video clips. IK get and error message "No video with supported format and MIME type found. Is there a way to fix this or do I have to reinstall my computer from scratch?

After updating FF to v. 136.0 in Linux Mint 22.04, I noticed a problem with video playback in Facebook in some posts. A black screen appears with the message "Sorry, there were problems playing this video". The problem also occurs after disabling all plugins and deleting the user.js file from the profile. The problem does not occur after starting firefox in troubleshoot mode, but then hardware acceleration using the GPU does not work (Compositing: WebRender (Software)). I posted the following on facebook yesterday, I feel as if something changed in my Firefox settings as this only started about 2 months ago. 2 factor Authentication is shut off in facebook. "Can anyone tell me how to shut this off? Everytime I log onto FB from my computer I get this screen. 2-factor authorization wants to send a code to my cell phone. There's got to be a way to turn it off. I am using Windows 11 pro with Firefox as a browser."

Any thoughts?

Ever since using FireFox as a browser YouTube has been locked in restrictive mode and I can't find any way to turn it of. My age on the google account I use for YouTube has been verified so this has never been an issue before

Not sure why, but Gmail is not loading, then Ebay shows gmail pic broken, and can't log into ebay either. I can log on bot via private window tho I have removed all ad-ons, uninstalled adblock, still no go, this happen with Some of the Firefox updates, but different sites. Thanks

Hi! This just started today. Not a problem before but...there is some ad blocker that won't let me watch you tub videos on my computer. I've tried fumbling around in settings, privacy, ad blockers etc but not finding the magic button. Any suggesions I'm on a windows 11 pc, using firefox and Gmail suite apps

my laptop wont let me play Roblox on it it says i need to download the app i click that so it does downloads but it say an error on it and it is not the internet connection. please help i want to play so please write back.

I have had multiple sites ask me to disable my ad blocker. I can't find an ad blocker in my extensions. Badger, which I do have, says it is not an ad blocker! Some of these sites, such as Rotten Tomatoes, are sites I use frequently! Help!
