WTF IS WRONG WITH MOZILLA?

So, I'm browsing a website (shopping), going back and forth through its menus/categories and also opening tabs in the background, then every few minutes the whole browser goes blank/grey and the tabs "dead"... they're not closed just blank and I cannot go backwards or refresh... I have to close the tab and reopen it from history...

Did I explain this clearly? I've been putting up with this for 2 weeks, but now I've had it... I'm staring at a blank tab I cannot revive - refresh or back button don't work, AND another tab which is displaying a "Loading wheel" and also frozen...

I've only recently started using Firefox (I use 2 other browsers above this - each with a distinct purpose, and also started giving-in to Edge as a 4th, despite being opposed to everything Microsoft for 20y).

If I continue to experience this in the next couple of weeks, bye bye Mozilla...

For the past month or so, I'd say about 20% of the websites I visit using Firefox just show a blank, white screen. (See allbirds.com site image attached for example.)

1. Cleared the cache and cookies to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 2. Entered Troubleshoot Mode to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 3. Disabled all extensions to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 4. Disabled "recommended performance settings" and hardware acceleration--in combination with some of the above--to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 5. Reinstalled Firefox to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 6. Also paused/disabled VPN (Nord) and anti-virus (McAfee) to see if that made a difference. It didn't.

Any other ideas?

No idea if this is the right topic or not but I've been dealing with this frustrating issue where with some websites it just loads a blank white screen. I've tried every fix I could that I've seen on forums like this as well as on Reddit and nothing I've tried has fixed it. From launching in Safe Mode or changing things in about:config. Before finishing this post I tried launching in safe mode, so my add-ons and plugins are disabled and it still persists with websites loading in these blank white screens. I never had this issue at first and I'm sure it started to happen after an automatic update a while back.

I need this issue sorted out so I can look and compare items from shops but most of the time a website that works and I look at it elsewhere I'm dealing with this issue. No issue looking at stuff on the internet on my phone, though I do use safari instead on my phone.

Since the last update I find while using Google or Duckduckgo browsers that sites will load or are very slow to load. Not all sites but especially new sites. How to we fix this?

I use a container dedicated to my Gmail logins with two accounts. However, since earlier this week, the container no longer loads Gmail at all, simply showing a blank, white page. Has Google broken Firefox containers by chance? Anyone else having this issue?

When I click on a website the page is completely blank. Not loading, no error message, just white. It happens on a lot of web pages but not all of them. Youtube is fine but a lot of others dont. there doesnt seem to be any pattern to the type of websites that dont work. sometimes the website will work the first time but if I close the tab and then click on the link again it wont work. It seems like the code of the website has somehow been deleted? (see photos). Ive tried disabling literally every extension I have and reloading the page but nothing happens.

I have been using Firefox ON this desktop since Feb. 13, 2019 But used Firefox way before that on other desktops. I just saved my profile from one to another and in 2019 I got a new computer again and I never have cleaned it up. I did searches on how too but nothing on how to get rid of passwords and user names logins on websites I no longer used except for one at a time, that will take me weeks,months to clean Firefox up, and how to clean up bookmarks the same, and so on. Today I saved a copy of my profile folder and was shocked to see it is almost 2GB. It explains why some days Firefox doesn't load properly, and why getting stuff done on here is more than a feature, it is bad chore I really need to tackle this and hope you guys can help me out on getting this mess cleaned up. I use Firefox as my default browser on my personal laptop. Recently, several websites that I frequent appear blank when I go to the url. I've checked my network connectivity and the websites as well. None are broken. The interesting thing is that I get the same issue when using edge. Anything else I can troubleshoot? Thanks!

When working on Linkedin main page I continually have a problem with a Linkedin function that allows you to view a person on the LinkedIn Recruiter site (if you have an account). There is a button on the profile called "View in Recruiter" that when selected, launches a new tab that opens linkedin Recruiter to view that person. When I use in Firefox, it works maybe 10% of the time. It is a HUGE impact on my productivity. Are there incompatibility issues with LinkedIn?

When "View in Recruiter" is selected, Firefox opens a new tab that says "about:blank" and the page will not launch. How do I resolve this?

when I click on the Firefox icon get a white screen with an area to type and it works OK. However in the top line it shows https:// quick-ph.com/Firefox/..........etc. I have no apps of this name on the computer. How do i get the correct screen to open. It is a 4 day old win11 which is still being setup and already has Norton in place.

Ever since the last update, Firefox doesn't open the homepage automatically. Unless I click the home button (or click another bookmark), the browser just times out without loading anything. I tried opening in troubleshoot mode but the same thing happens there too -- nothing loads. I tried refreshing, but all that did was change the toolbar a bit (removed the home button, so I needed to restore it). I haven't been able to find anything in the settings that would account for this behavior. Help!

Lately I have been having an issue on Firefox with YouTube stopping and buffering after one minute. This occurs on all videos but only on Firefox. YouTube runs fine on other browsers.

I have tried changing the resolution and disabling ad blockers, but without resolving the situation. I am using the most recent build of Firefox. I have also expanded the size of the cache (after clearing it), but that did not help.

I can't seem to find any real help with this online, and I would appreciate any assistance anyone can give me.

• I deleted all cookies
• I cleared the cache
• I deactivated all extensions, I deactivated NORDVPN, I re-booted
• I de-installed FF completly, using RevoxUninstalle
• I re-installed FF, did not log into my account, started with a clear FF
• I have enough RAM in my desktop pc, no memory problems

I find no solution and I am happy for any help
