I am encountering an increasing number of sites that don't work with Firefox but do work with Chrome. I have tried turning off add-ins without success. Is there a way I can easily reset Firefox to its initial state and then return it back.

I "create a new profile" days ago what I first received the notice to update. It seem to work except when I click on a url to view. I received instead the notice that I am in the old firefox and to "Update". I did again and it seem to work until I clicked a url to view and again received a notice to "update by creating a profile.

It's very frustrating - Now I can't open firefox at all. It wants me to "fix it" or create a new profile"

I used to have Adblock installedl then lost it. I've just reinstalled it, but it doesn't seem to be working. What have I done wrong? Is there another system that Firefox recommends? Thank you.
