Hello, my wife recently broke her computer, so I bought a new one and gave her my old one. Yesterday she deleted a lot of my bookmarks, which are no longer available on my account. Is there any way to retrieve them?

Hello, FF 139.0.4 on MAC Sequoia15.5. Lost ALL references to bookmarks, i.e. Bookmarks Toolbar totally gone. How can/do I restore from .jsonlz4 file in bookmarkbackups. Also, will I be able to salvage my previous profile, presumably containing my older "Tabs on Bottom" work-around? Alternatively, is there a process to restore JUST Firefox from Time Machine? Appreciate any advice.

Hi! I have use of Firefox but about a week ago something strange happened when I opened my Macbook Pro computer to start the day...the Firefox reverted to another version (maybe older) and all my bookmarks and the way I obtain a new window while searching is completely different and I have no idea what happened or why it did this?

I recently had to do a hard reset on my Windows 11 PC. When I reinstalled Firefox, tried to retrieve my bookmarks, they are not there. Is there anyway to retrieve those book marks from 6 months ago?

Okay, we had a power outage while my computer was on. When I rebooted, everything worked but Firefox. The sites would come up, but the keyboard would not work. (It worked on every other program.) So, I "reset Firefox." In that process, it made me add the Webroot extension. Now, my new tabs folder is all wrong. It is full of ads. It does not have my regular new tabs. And when I click on facebook or amazon, it does not take me where I want to go.

How can I sync my laptop new tabs to my desktop?

Or, how can I restore my old new tabs on my desktop?

My Win10 & Win11 pc's updated to this version and they all have the same problem: The bookmarks have disappeared. Including my pinned bookmarks on FF's opening page.

I also just noticed that there are no "toolbar items".

Well,I found firefox browser in disk c: so I just uninstall and install it again in another disk.I do see firefox account was that very firefox account,but.........when install finished and login firefox account,It shocked,firefox is building a new account witch I used over 1 year,yes,witch account I saying these.OMG what happen?I can't find my bookmarks and colleted pages...OMG what happen somebody help me!!!

bookmark bar and all my bookmarks are gone I followed Support instructions, clicked on Manage bookmarks and went nowhere. I really need this function to work as I am sight impaired and can't use my phone for much. Please help.

I have a windows 10 computer with Fire Fox and lots of bookmarks. I bought a new windows 11 computer and want to copy my bookmarks to the new windows 11 computer. How do I do it?

I lost a bookmark folder in my main computer. I did a sync and it did not appear. I opened an other older computer and it was still there. I did a sync and expected it to then show up in my main computer, it did not. I went back to the old one, there it had now disappeared. The help files say go to bookmarks, then to manage bookmarks, except I don't have "manage bookmarks", just a list of some recent bookmarks. When I do a " bookmark search" for something which was in the folder, it finds it, so the folder is still somewhere. How do I get it back? Why did sync fail and did not add it from the old computer?
