I'm not staying on Firefox after the TOS update and I would like to submit a GDRP erasure order to Mozilla. what email would be appropriate to send that to. or even better a way to opt out of the TOS and have whatever data was already collected/sold removed from all party's servers.

places.sqlite: this file records EVERY website I've ever visited in a db table! This despite opting out of History and flushing daily It's frustrating that FF surreptiously collects such personal info. Why record every site I visit, date-timestamps, frequency, etc.?

As test, I changed the name to places-sqlite.old to see if FF will create a new one It didn't make a new table; re-created the old one.

I need to update FF because of the expired certificates, but would like to clear these out first. Similarly, can I get rid of the icon database? My bookmarks are backed up as JSON and HTML files. I just wished they didn't contain extraneous info

I do not have this message. Have I turned something off, not set a option, or is there a problem with Firefox?

How can I tell if a web page is not being displayed correctly because of a missing pop-up?

Someone is able to access my hole phone account and do whatever they want to do I have changed my password,my email,my number, and factory reset my phone to still they have their way with my phone how can I stop them and how can I destroy them and there shit for good

My account was probably hacked. I noticed this from an email I received from Mozilla. My account was logged in from Africa, which i noticed from the timezone because the email gives literally no detail. I logged into my account to kick them out but i found out i couldnt because the button didnt work. All the other kick buttons worked except the hackers. Mozilla has done nothing other than to email me.

I am trying to access iDRAC 7 on a Dell Poweredge R520. On version 133.0.3 I get a An error occurred during a connection to 192.168.1.20. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR. I know that the problem is that Firefox stop supporting older versions of TLS. So I choose to also install an older version of Firefox (43.0). On that version I get a The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified error. I used to have no problems accessing iDRAC 7. Has anyone else been able to resolve this problem?

About once a week, since 1/4/25, I been receiving different emails demanding payment or the author will divulge to all of my email contacts about the pornography I am supposedly viewing, which I do not. Can you do anything to close these email accounts? All of the messages are from different authors with different email addresses. I keep thinking this will run its course and end but it has not. It seems to me that Firefox's DoH implementation is not just pointless but actually harmful. It is security theater. Let me explain:

• There is no fine-grained control
• There is no ability for the user to choose what level applies to what networks
• Default Protection provides no protection when there is a canary domain (trivial)
• Increased Protection provides no protection when the default provider fails (trivial)
• Max Protection requires manual intervention when the default provider fails
• Bonus: it's inconvenient or impossible to use on mobile

For DoH to be useful, the user has to invest effort they could better spend setting up a proper system-level solution.

When viewing a PDF, I selected some text, right clicked and chose the "Highlight Selection". The selected text was not highlighted. Instead, the "highlight" button on the top right corner pop up and the freehand highlight was triggered, while all my previous selection was lost.

I image this was not the intention of the "highlight selection", and I was also wondering if there is a shortcut for highlighting text in pdf.

I am using Firefox for so many years now, with some donations now-and-then, but due to the recent change of data privacy policy on your website, I am somewhat worried...

Firefox is the only browser left which is not controlled by Big-Tech. So if Mozilla has some problems with money, I would prefer to pay a subscription rather than seeing my data sold to some tech company. So if you guys need some money, please ask for some monthly subscription first before making a deal with the devil... I mean, I would rather buy an annual license for Mozilla VPN although I don't need VPN, than seeing Firefox going down the drain. I don't want google to have even more data... GMail is no longer available after update Firefox 134.0.2

I stalled this update and can no longer access my GMail account. I have searched every remedy suggested and it all points back to this update. Can you PLEASE intervene and help me???
