I have cancelled my subscription which you say you will return if I cancel within 30 days? Is that correct. Also I want to cancel the VPN on my desktop and phone now but I can't see how I can achieve this. I would be grateful for your help.

My computer was wiped without a backup and my browser was thus deleted along with my logins and bookmark folders. I am now unable to log back in to that specific account and retrieve my bookmarks. I'd really appreciate help with this.

I can log into KP.org ok. Often while clicking on an option the screen goes mostly blank. click refresh and I only get a flash of the Kaiser screen. If I use Chrome the site works as normal. Please see what you can do, Chrome is not my favorite

I just got a new Mac Powerbook so I'm starting over getting all my old stuff transferred here.

I've been trying to sync my account and every time I ask for the code to be sent to my email address, it is NOT sending the code for me to use to log in!

Half the time when I go to a website like Google Flights or something to do with Google it just automatically brings me to my employer's website like to sign in and use the Google tools there. I don't even work for them anymore and I don't know how to get rid of it automatically wanting me to go there. It won't even let me use Google Flights because it says it not supported by my employer. Thanks.

I would like to "manage" the shortcuts as they appear on my opening page. I don't know if it's possible.

I find the current icons boring and not quickly informative. I'd like, for example, to Alphabetize them, and to not show some of them without actually removing them from my bookmarks list.

When scrolling a web site with an embedded video, as that video scrolls off screen, it automatically pops out to a picture-in-picture video on the lower right-hand part of the page. How can I disable this. I don't want this to ever happen.

Why, each time that I try to log in to Xfinity, do I get a banner across the bottom of the screen asking my cookie choices before I can even log in to Xfinity. Same goes for Safari when trying to log in to Xfinity or Comcast.

This is so strange. Usually cookie selection is after you sign in not before...

HDR videos (specifically smpte2084 (PQ) / bt2020 videos) on youtube don't show correctly since last few updates of firefox on mac M1 & M2 sonoma 14.5. Firefox shows overly bright (almost whitewashed) videos, seems like something changed either with MacOS or firefox in last few updates. Firefox was working fine on older MacOS last 2 years with HDR videos.

I am trying to use Firefox secure passwords. I can create a secure password, update it when asked, but it doesn't autofill the password when I try to log in. I have the "Autofill User Name and Passwords" box checked in Firefox Preferences. I am on a MacBook Air using Firefox.

Something funny started happening, but only recently. I cannot reach the Super Micro website, or any of it's sub-pages (https://www.supermicro.com) in normal mode. Though when using private mode, I can. I've already cleared cache and cookies, removed add-ons and add blockers and tinkered with the settings.

Hoping you can help me because I need this website multiple times a day for my job and I don't fancy using 2 browsers, Firefox being my favourite one.
