1) Firefox advertised free apps when you signed up for vpn. However, when I signed up for vpn, I didn't get any apps. Did I do something wrong? Why didn't I get the free apps? 2) I don't seem to be able to add the VPN two other computers. It seems to want to sell me (Again) the VPN. I don't want to buy it again, just add my existing VPN to other computers. 3) I have some Macs that run Parallel's. Do I need to add Firefox VPN do the Windows that is running on Mac. Or, does my Mac Firefox VPN somehow protect the windows without adding a separate VPN on windows?

I have been using (VIEWING articles in // saving articles TO my) FIREFOX "POCKET" for more than a year.

I have the pocket ICON on my upper toolbar. But ALL that seems to do is allow me to ADD an open page TO Pocket. I have NO clue how to simply **Go t o POCKET** and VIEW any / all my saved items there.

Good God, WHAT is the secret handshake??! ...in trying to figure this out I see numerous things telling me to SIGN IN to pocket ... IF way back when I began using pocket I MADE a USER NAME / Password for it, that info is long forgotten. I HAVE a FIREFOX account ... was sent therewhile supposedly (according to Firefox" HELP") to 'sign in' to my POCKET account. Only took me to an overall FIREFOX account page - wherein NO LONK there referred AT ALL to POCKET.

I 'SAVE' to my pocket (ICON) almost daily. NEVER need any kind of sign in for this. NOW I want to LOOK AT / READ some of these - BUT FIND NOWAY TO GET THERE. ICON omly SAVES a page.

Ridiculous. HOW do I VIEW / SEE / FIND /READ my saved pocket items?

Suddenly i keep getting this error code. After trying things like refreshing Firefox, using No Proxy option and still getting this error. I dont know what to do, except for changing the browser.

Every time I do a search for services "near me" (hospitals, hotels, etc.), Firefox is using an out-of-date five-year-old location. Very frustrating! How can I change this? Anyone's help is much appreciated - I just haven't been able to find a link to help me fix it!

Running Firefox on MacOS. Browser will occasionally delete previous session when re-opening the browser. I do NOT have the browser set to clear history on closing. I have noticed that two of the incidents occurred when I accidentally closed the default window that opened when restarting the browser but I still had Firefox open.

Really frustrating when I lose all my open tabs with research I was conducting for work.

So I have the latest version of macOS Ventura, the latest version of Firefox, and the latest version of Roblox. Whenever I try to open a Roblox game from their website (yes, I know. Roblox now has the desktop app so you don't need the website to open a game), it opens the app, but not the link, which means it doesn't open the game :( Does anybody know how to get Firefox to open the link and not just the app? (Btw no hate on firefox)

Hi, I have been working on a old project for one of my clients and found an issue. The firefox version i am using is 95.0.1 64bit version. After signing in, inside response headers from the server i am getting

set-cookie MYSESSION=eyJ***** HttpOnly

which is then used on next request i make to the server as Cookie MYSESSION=eyJhb***

But after upgrading my firefox version, although i am able to see the response header sent back from server, but it is not being sent in request header for the next api call.

Also this issue is only for localhost, works fine in production https urls

I would like to know what has changed in new version in terms of handling the response headers, thanks!

I have problems with dragging files from downloads directly to my desktop. Now, in order to drag downloaded files I have to open the downloads folder, which is an additional step and a nuisance.

Is there any way to get the old functionality back?

Im using Firefix 111.0.1 (64-bit) on my Mac M2 2022, with the Ventura 13.2.1 MacOS

I like using Firefox. But there is an area of my use in private browsing, where I want to have either multiple instances of windows or tabs open and they are recognised as separate browing instances.

Example of what I would like to see is, when I enter a website in private browsing, most sites would ask me to accept cookies. If I either accept or reject without closing this original another private window, it'd remember I've already chosen.

As far as I know, chrome also acts like this. But someone has pointed out Safari doesn't. I've tried it, and it does what I need. However as put in the beginning, I like using Firefox, and is wondering if anyone know if there are any plugins or settings in about:config that can make it happen?

How do I give permission to allow the search to go ahead? It's pretty annoying to come out of Firefox and use Safari where this doesn't happen. Thanks

When I try to open or hyperlink to smithsonianassociates.org I get an error message that says, "the requested url was rejected. Please consult your administrator."

I always use the system when printing and I'm tired of having to scroll all the way to the bottom to clicko click on the link. (Fussy, I know) Is there a way to make the link appear first instead of the Firefox dialog?

Through the years (been using FF since its first months) on various computers, various OS and FF versions, I've kept a bunch of bookmarks in my toolbar for frequently used links that I can QUICKLY "right-click, copy link, paste" (3 steps) into social media posts.

Tonight I opened up my bookmark contextual menu, hit copy, pasted it into my Twitter, and it pasted the title instead of the link!!

How useless is that! A title is easy to type out, a long complex url isn't, having a "copy" (title) instead of the "copy link" is entirely useless!

Now to accomplish same, I have go choose "edit" instead of "copy link" and then "click drag" the url then "copy" then "paste" then close the window. 5+ steps instead of 3. Who on Earth thought changing that function was a good idea?! More steps is NEVER a good direction.

Clarification coming from possible answers: Firefox's "Paste" function is working fine, since the url correctly pastes to Mac PAGES and Facebook. It's the paste to Twitter that does "Title" instead of "url". So obviously a Firefox-Twitter problem.

Variation of problem: I tried "Copy" from Firefox Bookmark Subemnu, then went over to Twitter on Chrome, and the "Paste" to Twitter on Chrome also results in a paste of Title instead of url. I tried "Copy" from Chrome Bookmark Submenu, then paste into Twitter on Chrome, and the "Paste" correctly pastes the url. This points to a mis-programming of the Firefox "Copy" function in the bookmark submenu.

Multiple issues for past few weeks and no contributor has found an answer. Tabs aren't saved on shut-down even though setting say to stay open Desktop icons are greatly enlarged. Another download of Firefox made no changes. Can't download a different browser. Some online sights don't load properly. NO error messages eve appear. This is what I'm aware of. HELP
