When following a link from a news website I keep getting this message - Secure Connection Failed - The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. It loads on my iPhone and other browsers using the same link. What setting do I need to address to get this to stop?

Hi Love Firefox and use it every day to manage clients Google Ads accounts. Updated to latest version and now I'm getting this warning when I'm trying to access ads.google.com Doesn't appear that I can add an exception, is there a work around that I can use. Firefox spotted a potentially serious security issue with westdell.fortiddns.com:40443. Someone pretending to be the site could try to steal things like credit card info, passwords, or emails. Advanced I can't open a lot of sites, I can click on advanced and select to open the site at risk but will not open. I can open these site in Google Chrome or Safari no problem. i follow the article "How to disable the Enterprise Roots preference" and turned both to "False" and still not luck Thanks

How do i fix this

I have a local Rocky Linux server running a nginx web server. I am using a Macos laptop. I am trying to install a self signed ssl certificate using openssl on my web server.. The certificate I generated works with Safari but not with Firefox. I have copied the certificate to both Safari and Firefox for local use. Privacy and Security, Manage Certificates, Your Certificates. Firefox complains that that my TLS is tls 1.1, when I am using tls 1.3:
