I was emailed instructions for installing the free Firefox Sync add-on on my desktop. After successfully installing the add-on (Step 1) after Firefox restarted I was not prompted to create an account (Step 2). So I'm stuck.

I downloaded Firefox Home on my iPhone. I downloaded Firefox Sync on my PC. After I restarted Firefox, I did not receive prompts to set up a Sync Account. Where can I do this?

I'm using Firefox version 3.6.10. Upon installation (repeatedly installed and uninstalled), I never received any prompts to create a secret phrase. I then select Tools/Sync/Preferences to manage the Firefox Sync Account. I select Manage Account and I see View Quota, Change Password, My Sync Key, Reset Sync and Stop Using This Account. There is no option to edit or create a secret phrase. Please help! I don't know where else to look or what else to do. Thanks!!

When I try to login to my sync account, under the Email address box and the password box is the notation "No saved Sync Key to use" therefor I cannot log in and I have found no way to add a sync key. I tried re-registering, but it won't let me because my email address is already being used. I am about to decide this service is not worth the hassle...

The following error message came when I tried to open Firefox and install Firefox Home.

"can't create mcafee plug-in object: TypeError: Components.classes[cid] is undefined"

HAVE SPENT ALL DAY TRYING TO GET NORTON'S AUTO PASSWORD FEATURE TO BE ACCEPTED BY YOUR NEW VERSION OF FIREFOX. NOTHING WORKS. TOTAL LOSS ALL DAY. I GUESS TO WORK WITH FIREFOX ONE NEEDS A BIGGER ERASER. THIS PROGRAM DOES NOT WORK. IT REALLY IS A SHAME.

I downloaded firefox4 on my imac. I have OS X operating system and when I try to open firefox I get a message that tis system will not support firefox. I had firefox before and it crashed. I trashed ii and downloaded version 4.

I have tried to download the new version Firefox 4 3 times. it goes through loading all the files and when it'd done everything is still the same. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. The newer version looks interesting and I would like to be able to use it.

I have used Firefox for several years now, lately each time I open Firefox (which is my default browser) a window pops-up with the title at the top of the box "Error Console". How or What do i do to stop this from popping up or opening on my screen. It's is annoying - since I open many pages per day. Than you for your help. Please email me the instructions to correct this problem. This is the first problem i have had ever with Firefox - great do !!!

I have downloaded Firefox Sync and Home but there is no evidence that I have, Are they supposed to appear as Icons on the desktop and if they are why haven't they appeared ?.
