Hello Mozilla community! Merry Christmas!

I have noticed since yesterday (but maybe it is related to the 95.0.2 Firefox update) that Firefox tries to access some weird websites each time it starts.

The websites Firefox tries to access are various (non-exhaustive list):

• itchytidying.com
• jollytestpartying.com
• dateddeed.com
• censusmiles.com
• unpleasantconcrete.com
• pacifyrespirator.com
• (...)

Kaspersky Internet Security blocks all those access attempts and notifies me with a "Download denied" event and a "Probability of unauthorized software download" message (see uploaded image).

I immediately suspected one of my Firefox extensions, so I disabled them all... But the issue kept on occurring. Could Firefox be infected? (I ran Kaspersky Internet Security through my whole PC, and it found nothing ; I did the same with the free version of MalwareBytes ; nothing again).

I find it hard to believe that this behavior is normal and that these alerts are false positives from Kaspersky Internet Security... What do you think guys?

I cannot see any of my links such as games, groups, or read comments made to posts on my facebook page. I have opened chrome and logged into it and can see everything using it. I much prefer firefox but need help finding a way to fix this.

Clicking Print brings up the web page, looks fine. When I click the Print Button (with the Fit to Page Width icon lit) it only prints a much larger image. Only the upper left part of the image shown in the print window is printed. Ctrl-P does the same. This started a week or so ago. If I select the test on the page, then copy it, insert it into my word processor, then Print from the Word Processor it prints fine, correct size.

Ideas?

Dear Sir or Madam; I downloaded a login CSV file from the Firefox browser. The date columns format in the CSV login file is ‘1.64055E+12’. In EXCEL, 44556.79166 would translate to 2021/12/26 18:59:59. The translation of ‘1.64055E+12’ should not be the same exact date, but should be in the same date range, as the 44556.79166 number. I’m not a mathematician. Would you please show me how to convert the '1.64055E+12' value to an equivalent excel date/time number? I could then format the excel date number cells to an yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss format. These scientific number values are in the Firefox login file CSV downloads so I assume they were intended to be used in EXCEL spread sheet. These values converted to EXCEL date values would help me sort account password date change records by account name and change date. I could review sorted account records (and thus determine the current password for individual old accounts). Your solution would help me immensely and I appreciate your time. I have firefox as browser on my PC, I am trying to leave reviews on a couple items and each time it doesn't let me saying "Please disable any ad blockers, which can prevent successful review submission.".

I am not great with computers, so please be very detailed in how to get it to allow me to review.

How do I setting Firefox to remember specific web site preferences? every time I close a tab, Firefox deletes its entering credentials. This is very annoying when QR code needed like in https://messages.google.com/.

As the title says i have just updated to macos monterey and i regularly use firefox, when i open facebook google, youtube, gmail. It loads the mobile version of the site like if i was using a tablet.

As of a couple of days ago, I've had trouble with my Firefox Extensions. The most apparent one being ads appearing on the sites I browse (I have the Adblock extension installed and active). The extension that reveals the "dislike" ratio on Youtube only works if I disable and then enable the extension, for each video I watch. My entire extensions toolbar seems faulty as well.

I've attached images to illustrate: - Rakuten just appears as a blank box upon clicking it - Video downloader extensions just appear as a white line (doesn't open at all) - Bitwarden (password manager) says "not available in private mode", even though I'm not using a private window

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Matt

file:/Desktop/Removed%20Apps.html On Thursday, November 25, 2021 9:02 AM my PC was refreshed, so says the Firefox icon that popped up on my screen, and I presume by FireFox because they removed about 25 Apps that I typically use.

1-How do I re-install them? 2- and why would they be removed?

I can not understand why my laptop has suddenly decided to not download

when I download from firefox or save a picture from gmail firefox says failed

Searched the forums and web, no one seems to have answer that I have found. Firefox 95.02, Windows 10 Pro, 8 GB RAM, Dell Notebook, fiber optic Internet 156 mbps Start by running CCleaner, disable un-needed startups, extensions, ad-ons, ect., then roboot, have clean slate. About 3 months ago, after about 15 minutes Firefox slows down, then quits loading images, then eventually quits loading whole pages. If I was blocking content it would not work for at least 10 minutes. This evening, 21.38 clean boot, start FF, go to Facebook, read notifications, 1 tab open, nothing else running 21.55 images fail to load, still one tab open Researched more and ran about:memory, memory-report.json.gz unable to figure out how to upload Run CCLeaner, I do not save cookies or cache after FF closes, reboot 22.04 start Firefox, 1 tab open nothing else 22.16 images slow loading 22.20 nothing loads, try other websites like NOAA radar, all fine Reminds me I saw at the bottom left "Waiting for static.xx.fbcdn.net" Screen shot of Task Manager attached, FF running 10 times, 154 kb image will not upload Failed to upload, copying this txt and starting over. Images loaded fine after reboot Facebook works fine on Edge, I do not have/use Chrome or Google Facebook is the only page Firefox has issues with.

A few weeks ago, when streaming, the videos started stopping to buffer very frequently. (It used to not happen at all. I am visiting the same websites I always have.) Each time it takes anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes to buffer enough to continue playing. It pretty much ruins any movie or show that I'm watching. I use CCleaner to keep the computer clean. I have W10. I clear history on FF DAILY. My download speed on speedtest.com consistently runs between 43-48Mb.

I'm wondering if there are any settings or about:config options that will decrease this buffering and return me to smooth streaming. In "settings" I unchecked "use hardware acceleration when available" and that seemed to help for about 24 hours - so it wasn't the main problem. Is there a cache for video somewhere that I can increase, so that the streaming has enough "room"? Please forgive me; I am not the least bit tech-y, so my online searches are just tragic - I don't really know what to ask!~

Any help will be SO appreciated.

On HGTV site, cannot submit filled out form. Click on Enter and nothing happens. On myhealth.va.gov. When fill out form to report a problem having on their website, Submit is greyed out and cannot submit form. On marlboro.com, drop down menu will not drop down.

These things work on in Firefox on my HP laptop, but stopped working in Firefox on my HP desktop. What happened and how do I fix it? Thank you

Many https:// websites involving either the logon page, or a page within the website, do not load completely, forcing me to use Microsoft Edge to see the complete page. Using a workaround (copying and pasting username and password) sometimes allows me to log on, but the rest of the site has the same problem – web pages do not load completely, and functionality is limited (example: drop-down menus do not populate).

Some https:// logon pages load correctly, and the site works as it should. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to why some secure sites work properly, while others don’t.

I did not have this problem with earlier versions of Firefox.

I have attached examples of the difference between the Firefox version of the logon page and the Edge logon page (Cleveland Clinic and Paypal) and one example of the difference that occurs within a website I have been able to log on to (the UHC Help page).

A few days ago Firefox on my Mac laptop (macOS Catalina) suddenly stopped suggesting sites I'd visited in the drop down on the address bar and is no longer auto-completing as I type into the address bar. It is set to auto-suggest based on pages from history (I unset and re-set that in settings), and to remember history. However, I noticed today that the history is near blank (it has 3 tabs from a local network page I visited but nothing from outside my local network).

I also noticed today that the copy on my laptop is no sharing with my other instances (work computer, phone). I can send tabs to it, but the tabs that are showing as being "current" when I look at other machines are from before this happened.

I've tried rebooting and restarting Firefox, but I can't seem to find any fixes for it.

So I just switched to Firefox. But when I maximize the Firefox window (not f11 fullscreen) there is a white small bar on my second monitor. I got my second one above my main monitor where Firefox is. The white bar is all the way from the left to the right side at the bottom of the upper monitor.

Current version 95.0.2 (64-Bit)

Anyone knows how to fix this?
