This is a portal which my college uses for assignments and deadlines but I am not able to open it on my desktop. I have tried reinstalling Firefox but it didn't help. No other site has this problem in Firefox. This site opens normally in Google Chrome and Falkon. I have attached a screenshot of the error message. Thank you.

Did some housekeeping yesterday and deleted all the cookies Firefox had stored. Soon thereafter I discovered that I'm no longer able to log in at Scotiabank online. I'm immediately shunted to a "Sorry, we could not complete your request" screen. Scotiabank support blames the browser. I am able to log in as normal with Chrome. I've experimented extensively with turning off Enhanced Tracking Protection, erasing cache, deleting history, etc. I see my Firefox updated yesterday to 85.0.1. Wondering if that might be where the problem lies? I'm using MacOS High Sierra version 10.13.6. Thanks for any help.

Facebook Videos embeded in a Clients site using the either the FB provided code for iFrame or the JavaScript SDK methods will not display or play in Firefox on Mac OS ( Mac OS Mojave 10.14.16, & High Sierra 10.13.6 with Firefox 85.0 & 85.0.1 (64-bit) ).
Both Methods work without issue (or modification/disabling of plugins) in Safari or Chrome, and on Windows (WIN 7) and in iPad OS.
Please note it is not realistic, or reasonable to have website visitors disable Adblockers such as AdBlock plus and allowing all third party cookies - this is FACEBOOK we're talking about. Note: AdBlock plus is disabled on the test page - but the Clients site is a Shopify site, so must work for all typical visitors - a non-technical audience. However it is worth noting that Firefox is NOT my browser of choice for streaming media sites - Netflix. Hulu, etc, due to playback issues. However, YouTube embedding and videos and streams inside FB itself does seem to work

I recently got a prompt to get the latest version of Firefox 85.01. After installing it (there were some glitches in doing so) it erased all of my settings, my bookmarks, and saved passwords. I have lost so much from it literally broke my heart. I had a huge library of bookmarks that are all gone. I spend hours going through each website I have to log into and either find the old password or create a new one. Your upgrade has been one colossal headache.
Is 85.01 a valid upgrade or was I scammed and being scammed to get all my passwords?
If it is valid upgrade, why would you delete all of my setting and data?
Very angry!

I have tried the option to receive a pin code both by text and phone call numerous times but it keeps coming back to this saying I need to confirm my account. I am using mozilla firefox on a windows 10 computer. I did try windows edge browser and was able to get in to both of my accounts on my windows 10 computer. However, I use and prefer firefox. Also, I have a windows 7 computer and I was able to log into both of my accounts using firefox. I was able to log into my ebay accounts before I updated firefox last night. I'm not sure if the new firefox update has anything to do with the problem on my windows 10 computer. I also updated firefox on my windows 7 computer and I can still log into my ebay accounts using firefox.

I went to change a few parameters within Firefox (running on Linux) and clicked on the Search Preferences box. When I tried to type the whole program froze. Would not close when the close window button was clicked. Had to use a Kill App program to kill -9 the bugger. Any fixes/work arounds?
I set "Open new links in tabs instead of new windows" but it continues opening new windows.
Thanks in advance

I'd like to get my bookmarks to stay in the places I put them - like they were for years (until the last week or so.)
