When a system-wide VPN application (not built into Firefox) is enabled, the behavior of the address bar changes: on the first click, it only shows 5 sites (Top Sites), instead of the usual 9. After pressing the Spacebar, the list from browsing history loads normally. The problem persists after turning off the VPN and only disappears after a full restart of Firefox. I tend to have long and extensive conversations on Firefox's Copilot AI but I've run into an issue that makes this more difficult. When I press CTRL + F to search for text through a chat, it only searches on the webpage I have open on the right. I was wondering if there is a feature that exists that does this that I'm not aware of, and if not, maybe that could become a thing later?

As I mentioned I can't seem to access my network folders. I only have this issue in this machine but I have my account on 3 different machines on the network with no issues. All have the same extensions and settings.

I have two e mails, but when i try to go to my secondary email [email 1 removed]@gmail.com i always get my primary one, [email 2 removed]@gmail.com. why?

NB - For the past half a year I have to sometimes right click to interact with them, anyway

Effectively, I will interact with the extension at the most basic, normal level on something that has interactive elements like a dropdown menu, or basic options.

I will click / right click on the icon and the highlight will appear, then that's it ... the browser then crashes and does not recover. :(

What's worse is that I have to Force Quit and when I restart there is no crash report to send to Moz.

I am just wondering if other Linux users have experienced similar issues.

I have Hardware Acceleration on.

I am about to start testing with it off, but I work from the browser, and do not want performance compromises. So that is (at best) a work-around, and certainly is not a fix.

When I access the website of UGC ( https://www.ugc.fr/ ) the access page opens up but immediately freezes: the screen luminosity decreases and the pointer cease to function: I cannot acces any of the options: select movies on show, select cinema programmes or schedule, open my UGC account to reserve performances ... Nothing works ... I have tried to reduceprotecton, etc as sugested on Forum and other suggestions: nothing works. I have no problem at all when I open the same website with Opera or with Microsoft Edge ... Why it does not work under Firefox puzzles me. Can you do something about it ? I use Firefox as my defaut internet access without problems for everything else ! This is really strange and most annoying. Thanks for your help.

I manually added shortcuts to my home screen, but everytime I open the browser, the system automatically has added shortcuts I don't want. Also, when I delete these unwanted shortcuts, another unwanted one appears.

how can I stop this from happening?

I just got a new laptop and so I am getting everything set up the way that I like it. I have come across a problem with my sidebar though. I like to keep my bookmarks up all the time, but I want them to not be too wide and take up a lot of my screen. On this new computer, there's an addition 5 cms or so of white space at the far left of the tool bar. It had different buttons on it up at the top (one of them had something to do with AI) and a little gear down at the bottom of the space. I was able to remove all of the buttons up at the top, but I can't seem to hide the whole thing. I just want to see my bookmarks, without that extra customization sidebar. Is there a way to hide the spot highlighted in pink, but still have the bookmarks visible?
