Bank Accounts: I can no longer access my Bank accnts online. My Bank says they no longer support my current version (ESR) & I must upgrade in order to access accnts online. Don't know what to do.

Trying to reactivate my Adobe CS6 software package and when I try to login to the Adobe website it tells me that to access the Adobe site I have to update my Mozilla browser by adding JavaScript to the browser. Why is this required and is there any means to access Adobe using Firefox without complicating the browser by adding JavaScript?

Hello. My tablet, has limited memory, due to its age. I am now finding that one of the main reasons why it is so slow is because whenever I open firefox, it opens multiple firefox processes which drain the memory and in some cases crashes the system. I have followed all the advice given to reduce these multiple processes, however nothing seems to work and at least 6-8 firefox processes open each time I open it. I have unchecked the recommended performance settings as well as hardware acceleration boxes. However, I cannot find where to set the content process limit to 1. Please tell me how to do this and if there anything else I can try to stop it opening multiple processes or I may be forced to ditch Firefox altogether for an alternate such as Bing, Chrome or DuckDuckGo. When I try to sign in to Chase banking, it tells me to upgrade my browser, which I have already done. Had to use Edge to login successfully. Using Windows 11 Pro with current Firefox browser.

Hi, I have an old PC with Win7 and Firefox 115.30.0esr (64-bit) (latest version from 11 november 25) and this website cultuursmakers.be has problems aka differences with Firefox 141.0.3 (of my Android tablet) and other browsers such as Chrome. The green heading block overlaps and hide the upper part of the content block. For example, if you select inloggen (log in), then you see that the user name (naam) is not visible and only the box for the password is shown. Work around: Right click on the header and select Inspect. In the Inspector (html column) select the header tag. In the Inspector (css column) uncheck in the '.header.--fixed' selector the line 'position: fixed;' Now the content block shifts down and all content is visible. Can you verify / fix that? I visit the nbcnews.com web site frequently. For the past +/- 48 hours, I have been having issues. I can open the home page and scroll from top to bottom just fine. However when I now double-clcik to open a specific article, that article page opens for about one second and is then immediately replaced with a page that says "Something Went Wrong. Access to NBC News is temporarily unavailable. The problem will be resolved as soon as possible." This happens on whatever article I select. It also happens on 2 separate computers.

I e-mailed support at NBC News. Their response was "we cannot duplicate this behavior." They suggested I try another browser. I do not use anything other than Firefox, but I found an old installed copy of Internet Explorer from... 2015. IE opened the NBC News main page and all of the sub-pages just fine.

My Firefox just updated to version 115.30.0esr X64 within the past several days. I am not certain if the NBC News issue happened as a result of that update or not. Has anyone else experienced similar difficulties with this web site or as a result of this latest update?

Note that the site listed in the error message does not contain the S in https. I manually typed the address with the S and received the same message. I found your correspondence with aprilbrown77 on 8/15/23 and tried all the solutions suggested with no success. I believe Kohls change something on their website 3 weeks ago. My operating system is Windows 7 - 32bit and my Firefox version is 115.33.0esr. I have contacted others using Windows 7 and they all have the same problem. Please update Firefox to resolve the Kohls website issue for the millions of us using Windows 7. Thanks.

I'm unable to log in to Telephone Service Co. - TSC Wapakoneta, Ohio website using Firefox, but Internet Explorer logs in OK. TSC Customer Service indicated problem was in Firefox, but Firefox seems to work OK on other sites. TSC suggested I clear cache & cookies. Is this a good idea? If so, how do I do that?
