Hi!

My default search engine has always been Firefox for years. Since the last Firefox update, when I select + and get to a New Tab, the search engine changes to Google.

I am on Windows 10. I want the New Tab to stay with Firefox. Any tips?

When I play games like classic.minecraft.net or krunker.io, the pointer speed is very slow. So I would like to know if there is a way to change the pointer speed of firefox.

新しいタブはキーボードTで割り振られてデフォルトと同じです、毎回ではなくたまにTで新しいタブが開かれることもあるのですが、反応しない事が大半です、最近になってなりました、edgeやchromeでも右クリックからTを押せば新しいタブが開かれます、firefoxに問題があるのでしょうか？

この場合はどうやって解決するのでしょうか？

'Show all bookmarks' is missing and I have tried the Ctrl+Alt+B option without success. I've already looked extensively on Firefox help with no success. What can I do to copy all of the bookmarks to a new computer? Thank you.

Firefox 138.03 Windows 11 Pro

I have had this issue for previous versions of FF and in Windows 10.

I have set FF to save in d:\downloads but to always ask. It does ask and I then direct it to the specific folder that I want to the save the file to be downloaded in. I change the name of the file and FF saves the file to that folder. However, FF also saves a copy of the file, with its original name, in the D:\downloads folder. Is there a way to prevent FF from saving the duplicate file? Thank you

edit. Sorry, I just found others with the same issue. As I understand it, there is no way to prevent FF from saving duplicates.

Firefox closed the browser for an automatic update two days ago, and when it came up back after the update all my open windows and tabs simply disappeared. History tab was reset to a blank page, there was no trace of anything. I tried the access through 'Menu / History / Recently closed windows' or '.../ Recently closed tabs' and they were both blank, empty, zero, nada ... This is the first time it happens to me, and I'm surprised and disappointed that such a predictable and basic bug shows up on an update.

I have a couple dozen tabs I use for task f-ups, it' unproductive and annoying to get them all back up to work. If this happens again I doubt I keep using Firefox as my preferred browser.

1. Anybody else suffering the same issue?
2. Is there a cure for the problem?

I have tried the troubleshooting described on your website. Firefox will not open to a full screen; when I try to use the application it opens, but only to a thumbnail. I cannot use the application. I have tried reinstalling, I have disconnected the second monitor (I am using this on Windows).

I'm trying to have Google.ca as my homepage, but Firefox won't let me. It keep reverting back to Google.com Please help. Claude Hamel [edited] @gmail.com

After the last couple of Firefox updates, my settings have been automatically changed. This has not happened until recently How can I stop Firefox from changing my settings when it updates? OS is Windows 11. TYIA!
