I'm still using the old browser because the new browser, the one before that popped up today, doesn't work well on my old desktop computer. New one today requested to move passwords from cvs file and bookmarks from an html file. When I tried to search for these things my computer couldn't find them. But when I went back to the old browser, all bookmarks passwords are there.

Why is Firefox asking me to perform these functions anyway? There is no explanation as to what this is. Is programming at Mozilla really gone downhill so quickly that they forgot how to make their service user friendly?

For some reason my Mozilla VPN logged me out today, so when I attempted to log back in it keeps telling me unexpected error. Every single browser on my phone I tried to log in on it does not work

When I try to login with my Firefox account to configure Sync, I get a message that says that I am logged on to a different profile and asks if I want to switch. If I switch, I get the same result with the other profile. There is only one profile folder in the Profiles directory, there are no other files or folders. What should I do?

Several days ago a trio of "warnings" all labeled Mozilla Firefox popped up on my monitor. They included "Critical Error! Remove viruses now", "Warning! Virus Detected Clean Your Device" (with the choice of Renew Now {? renew what?} or Update Windows), "Warning! Your system is damaged by virus attack via d9BvqdcBn2sc73dc4btg.korvapod.co.in Remove the virus now", "Trojan Detected! (choose Remove virus now or Quick Scan), and variations on all of the above. I ran a malware scan from another provider and their advice was that this was an attempted hack so under no circumstances should I click on anything. They definitely said it wasn't from Mozilla Firefox. BUT they also couldn't find any traces anywhere in my computer. So for the past 5 days, I've been functioning with a partial screen, maybe 3/5 of full screen, because those darned "warnings" cannot be physically moved off the screen. How can I get rid of this mess? Thanks.

When I want and try to print a document that I've accessed from a website with my Firefox browser, the print options in the box on the right side of my screen is grayed out for printing in color and I can only print in black & white. I have a Brother laser color printer. This is a relatively new problem. I don't know why the color print function is grayed out. I couldn't get a good answer from a Brother tech when I called them on this problem.

I am getting a report from Firefox when I run the install that it can only run on Windows 10 or Windows 11 and since this is a brand new win 11 computer that has never had any other OS on it, I do not understand the report.

What can I do. Chrome and Edge had no problem loading. I plan to install Brave next.

When I use my bank's desktop website, I can use all services on the site except when I request a Proof of Payment. I can do it using Edge. How to fix in Firefox?

I have also entered the bank's websites (http version and https version) on the allowed websites section in Firefox settings. What else must I turn on or off?

When I am signed into Firefox, I am constantly getting error messages about viruses that have bee detected on my machine, Error 404 Found, Via 1iz1np7uj6vg7f.sessionlabs.co.in, and such. Is there a way for me to stop this activity? Does Firefox have and protection software that could help? I have attached two screen shots of the type of messages I am getting. Thank you for any help you could pass my way.

I use Firefox web browser for all of my web browsing. For years now, I have configured my Firefox web browser with STRICT Enhanced Tracking Protection enabled. As a result, ads have not appeared on any of the website web pages that I visit. For privacy concerns, I prefer not to use an ad blocker add on.

Within the past week or two, ads now appear on web pages that I visit, despite STRICT Enhanced Tracking Protection enabled. I have not made any configuration changes to my Firefox web browser, other than installing the customary updates from Firefox.

Currently, my Firefox web browser version is 152.0.6 (64-bit). It is my hunch that one of the Firefox updates I received in the past week or two is the source of the ads now appearing on website web pages that I visit. Has anyone else encountered this same problem?

Please advise if there is a solution/fix that I could apply to my Firefox web browser to restore the ad blocking that STRICT Enhanced Tracking Protection used to provide me with.

Hello: Suddenly when I go to click on a hyperlink in the body of an email, nothing happens. (I might see the pinwheel for a few seconds, but that vanishes and nothing is opened).

I am using: Firefox 152.0.5 (64-bit) Windows 10 Roadrunner email through Spectrum

I am having trouble getting yahoo.com to appear on Firefox. It worked perfectly for many years but on my current Firefox browser, www.yahoo.com does not work. The page will appear for seconds and disappear. How can this be fixed? Do I need to download a newer version of Firefox?

I was testing a new website for a developer. I wanted to see if DNS worked correctly on various browsers. I downloaded Firefox and the test was OK. However, something happened with Yahoo and Facebook, apparently those sites think I am on another device. Where I have to log in, something with second level authentication was off, after several attempts I am now locked out. I suspect a Firefox setting is the problem. Suggestions on how to reset firefox?
