Hi,

I am the developer of the Dictionary Anywhere extension which is a Firefox recommended extension. Recently my extension stopped performing up to its expectations due to backend changes in public API that it uses to find meaning of the words.

However, I am unable to modify the code of extension to fix the issue as I am not able to login to my account due to it being behind MFA, and I have lost access to the phone which contains those MFA codes.

Can something be done here, to allow me to update the extension to rectify the issue that 50k users who use this extension regularly are facing? For example, can the extension be transferred to another account through which it can be updated, lots of users are suffering as the extension is not working. I have access to the source code of the extension .

The other day, several of my extensions were automatically uninstalled from a bunch of my devices. After going through and reinstalling most of them, the reinstalled extensions don't seem to be propagating to other devices via sync. Newly installed extensions that I didn't have installed before seem to propagate fine. Is there some way I can fix the extension data on my account so that they start syncing properly again?

I can't get to my yahoo email account because they say I have an ad blocker. As far as I can tell there is no ad blocker on my computer. I've never added on and on the game I play ads come on all the time. I would love to find anything on where to even find where an ad blocker would be on my computer. I've searched add ons and extensions and apps and everything I can think of and no ad blocker. Please help

Other than the icon on top of the browser (which I don't have), where else might I be able to manage adblock if that is indeed working on my firefox browser? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Searching within settings brings up no mention of adblock. And yeah, it's extremely annoying to encounter "remove adblock" on every webpage you visit

Hello 1) How can I stop Google pop-ups? Each time I open a homepage that requires a log-in, a Google pop-up is disturbing and presses me to log-in via Google. This is harassment. I do not want to be harassed. 2) Firefox support: Each time I would like to get an answer, that is what I want, when I ask for support, I have do a lot of work until I get the bottom to contact you. Time is money, for me too. Where is the direct button to ask? 3) When I got an answer from you, is there a way I can store my questions and your answers? i recently transferred data from my old MacBook Pro to my new MacBook Pro. My Grammarly Premium works on everything except for my Firefox Browser, when I am writing on Medium.com. It has worked well in the past, but not now. Can you help me? Thanks.
