Firefox WILL NOT OPEN at all--even in Safe Mode--and even after a clean reinstall. Goes directly to Mozilla Crash Reporter. Chrome and Safari working fine. Mac desktop, running 10.12.6

Two days ago Frirefox crashes and won't start again. First I delete the Firefox.app and reinstall, same Problem. Then I uninstall Firefox.app (plus ~Library/Application Support/Firefox and ~/Library/Preferences/org.mozilla.firefox.plist), restart the MacBook Pro and install Firefox again. And Firefox chrashes during every start. Has anybody an idea? Thanks Haio

After I updated an add-on (Flash) that was suggested by Firefox, I have not been able to start Firefox. It crashes on startup every time. I have gone through each of the suggestions on how to fix it but none have worked. I have even tried to open Firefox in safe mode but it still crashes on launch. I have also tried to go through the refresh process and it still crashes. Finally, I have even deleted the application and re-downloaded it. It seems to install fine, but still crashes when launched.

When I try to download firefox, I am told that my system does not have the correct requirements, although I am using macOS Mojave. If I download firefox for mac, I receive the following error
