Firefox recently offered a choice of having open tabs appear in a sidebar on the left side. This is great but the tabs and sidebar stay visible when engaging the f11 full screen mode. This makes an awkward appearance when trying to view in full screen - such as movies or any other. The address bar at the top is hidden with f11, but the side tabs and their vertical side bar remain visible. I believe Firefox would be more desirable if the f11 key also hid the side bar. This is how Microsoft's Edge browser functions. Can't have a true full screen if the sidebar and tabs remain visible. The full screen functions works well if the sidebar function is turned off in settings but this makes it awkward for a user who wishes to use the sidebar tabs with a full screen mode. I have set E:\ as my default download location. However in some cases Firefox does not respect my choice and silently downloads stuff to C:\Users\Name\Downloads. I really hate this. One example, a pdf downloaded from here https://scribd.vpdfs.com/. Please fix it. Thx.

My Firefox browser window has multiple tabs. I would like to be able to close them individually. The tabs do not have the 'x' symbol on them to be able to close them conventionally. I tried to right-click on the individual tabs, but the drop down menu does not have the option available to close the tab either. I tried rebooting the computer but when I open Firefox again, the same tabs are still there rather than opening up a fresh browser window with only the start tab window. I am using Windows 11 with this computer also. Help!!!

I've been able to sign in to bluemountain.com on my desktop for years, but I can't now. I can sign in on my android phone and tablet.

We flagged the reviews several times, but nothing happened. The Mozilla Support doesn't take any action, and reputation of our platform is suffering. Please, could you help us to know what should we do to delete these biased reviews?

We have already learnt the Mozilla policy concerning it, and the reviews violate the rules.

Hello Firefox You are very good I use Firefox since a long time I wish that Firefox create an addon to enable us to colour every tab in a session where that colour of the tab can be saved for this single tab and we can change the colour of the tab according to our browsing meanings, because we tend to give the colours meanings so that we categorise the coloured tab in its place without changing the ordinary and usual user interface, that will make browsing more funny and productive, that's it

KINDLY KEEP BROWSER ACTIVE AFTER SWITHCHING OFF THE PC AND WHENEVER I OPEN THE PC MICROSOFT WINDOWS SHOWING SIGN OUT AND SIGNING AGAIN, BY DOING I DID IT BUT NO SOLUTION. IT HAS BEEN HAPPENING FROM FEW DAYS, I DID SYSTEM RESTORE BUT NO SOLUTION WAS FOUND.

I have tried MANY times to make Firefox remain persistent as my browser. It appears I should log into an Administrative account to do so. Microsoft Edge appears to be the problem by remaining the default. I was told by the Tech Sprt for my Asus laptop to "delete" Edge. I entered the Administrative account using DOS. So many changes have taken place since I last used this account that I'm uncomfortable trying to take this approach. I was led to an administrative directory using "search" end while there was able to get a directory listing using DOS. But can't proceed. I really need the Windows pictorial version to proceed or technical support (preferred). Whoever helps must be fully capable.

Asus TS said I must delete MS Edge. The person seemed capable, but if I delete Edge, which I haven't found a way to do so safely, that may create problems but makes sense to do so because of the interference of MS Edge. My memory on how to proceed is that this process was MUCH less complex. I've read a number accounts by others with the same problem. My reasons for using Firefox, as an private engineer are to help prevent the stealing of intellectual property from wherever. Otherwise I'll have to abandon everything.

More recently, for the past few months maybe, I sometimes get a white menubar when Firefox is in the forefront. Clicking on it will restore the menubar.

The iDrive backup app on my synology nas is accessed via a web browser over my local network using an ip address. It has a two step security setup. First to enter Synology credentials and then iDrive's. After entering the iDrive credentials, all I get is a spinning wheel. It is supposed to present a box to enter a validation code, sent to me by email (which I get). The box is never shown.

The process works in Chrome and Edge successfully. I contacted iDrive support and they told me that since it fails only in Firefox, that I should contact the browser vendor.

There is no error message.

I tried clearing my browser cache, restarting Firefox and my computer, none of which helped.

Please can you advise me?

Firefox 137.0.2 (64 bit). Windows 10 Home 22H2 Os Build 19045.5737.
