I've been using Firefox for years with absolutely no problems. Today, my wife was trying to do a search, and, instead of seeing search results she was directed to a page called FunSafe Tab, which I understand is a browser highjacked. How can I get rid or this, or am I stuck with Chrome and/or Safari?

hey, I love Firefox and use it as my main web browser. But new tab audio indicator icon is too ugly for my taste. I can't believe this icon design is in 2024. I just can't stand it. How can I hide this ugly audio indicator? Please help.

Be descriptive. Saying “playing video on YouTube is always choppy” will help us understand the issue better than saying “something is wrong” or “the app is broken”.

I updated a few days ago and I noticed that dragging and dropping a tab is creating a copy of the tab in the place where I drop it, instead of moving the tab which was the previous behavior in older versions.

Hello - I've noticed lately that when I type a search, sometimes Firefox does nothing. It doesn't pull any results, it acts like I've done nothing, but I can see the search terms I typed in the address bar, separated by + symbols. It simply doesn't go anywhere and doesn't perform the search. I do a lot of searching when I'm working and this happens approximately 1 out of every 15-20 searches. I've attached an image where I opened a new tab, typed my search term and it remains on the homepage. You can see the search terms in the address bar.

Hello Mozilla Family and Forum Members. It uses a long amount of Mozilla developer edition and it does not show the distance between two divs. How can I turn this on?

How do I disable the automatic reordering of typed tags in my bookmarks? Fore example if I add tags "programming, javascript" its automatic change to "javascript, programming". I want to decide the order of the tags myself.

Good evening, since I switched to the latest version of FireFox (129.0), I can no longer stream movies or live shows on Mycanal, only Netflix works. In addition, my Google searches sometimes don't come up, the tab opens and nothing happens. When I receive a link by Mail and I click on it, it doesn't work. I've been using FireFox for 15 years and this is the first time I've encountered these problems (I specify that I have the Avast one antivirus), could this be the cause? Can you help me solve this problem? Thank you.

Tell me why version 129.0.1 is not allowing connection to "www.newsmax.com? This problem did not occur with previous versions.

I have been looking online for all the troubleshooting routes, but I've tried so many with the same result. I've trashed and redownloaded it on my Mac multiple times and cannot even get into the options to toggle and choose. I have to usually quit firefox for anything to even happen when I click, but when I've seen it stop bouncing, it just shows it's stopped responding. I really like Firefox more than Brave and Chrome, if you could please help, I'd appreciate it. Other browsers like Chrome and Brave still work, and I just dowloaded and started using Brave in the meantime.

Just like in the subject is there a way to make it switch to firefox after opening a external link in a new tab. I know that i can do that by changing the browser.tabs.loadDivertedInBackground option to false but this makes it also switch to a new tab after i open a link in firefox with the middle mouse button which i don't like. Is there a way to force firefox to open without sacrificing the browser.tabs.loadDivertedInBackground option?

I was receiving emails previously from someone in my contacts until mid-summer. Now, their emails are not coming through. Today, was the latest problem. They said they sent me a link for a Zoom meeting & I did not receive this email from their business. They had to send it from their personal email account. Want to correct this problem. Where do I start??

I subscribe to a site that posts instructional videos. I used to be able to access this site through Firefox, but now, although I can sign in, the videos don't load.

I thought it might be because I started using a Password Manager (1Password) which has a browser extension. But the problem persists in Firefox even when I turn that browser extension off. I have tried clearing the cache, updating Firefox, restarting my computer. Nothing works. Finally I downloaded Google Chrome, and I was able to access the videos through that (even when I added the 1Password browser extension to Chrome).

I would prefer to keep Firefox as my default browser, but I'm not going to be able to if this problem can't get fixed. Could you help?

I updated to the latest Firefox 131.0.2 on 10-9-24. After using Firefox to view the digital version of Startribune.com issue, I was able to view the front page but was unable to scroll down or up on the page using my touchpad. I was able to scroll after enlarging the size by one click, but after clicking to turn to the next page, the size button returned to the initial size and did not permit scrolling without resizing the screen with one click to the right. So I can turn the page, but have to resize each page in order to scroll down. So, until Firefox is once again functional enough to enable reading digital version (scrolling and turning the page without resizing) of my local paper, I will use Safari which is completely functional. Any suggestions? John R. Schaefer

Since you added some sort of new protection I did something I don't know what but I am close to changing browsers, using Safari half the time. I'd like to stay but I have to go through a whole riggaroll to sign in to sites now.

when i try to print list of names of removed and in progress only the cover of reolved items does not print details. list is needed to compare to info on experian which azppears to differ with mozilla you show below wsindows 10 i am on windows 11

When visiting a site with a Input=Number field and clicking on it and scrolling nothing happens when it should change the value as if i had pressed up or down arrow.

I've got Sync on a laptop and phone. My phone will see all the current tabs on my desktop, but the desktop is out of date by about a week no matter how many times I hit Sync Now.

I have signed out and signed in again on my laptop but this did nothing. I saved a new bookmark on my desktop to force a sync, nothing. I did the same on my phone, nothing. Short of signing out on my phone and possibly risk the one that DOES actually Sync, what else can I do?

My phone is an Android, my laptop is using Windows 11. My laptop has not reset recently.
