You just made an update that added a bunch of random garbage to the new tab page under a "stories" widget that I neither want or need. You included a setting that allegedly turns it off, except that it keeps turning itself back on no matter how many times I turn it off or where I access the setting from. One of the major reasons I switched to Firefox was because it didn't push things at me, like trying to decide which news stories were important for me to see the way Windows and Google are constantly doing. Firefox isn't a news source, it doesn't employ journalists, it's a browser. All I want it to do is open up websites and save bookmarks and if you're going to keep adding all this extra garbage cluttering up my new tab page, I'm going to use another browser that doesn't.

I was messing with devtools before on my own site, and now whenever I go to tetr.io I keep getting "Debugger paused". Clicking the little "Deactivate breakpoints" icon in the Debugger tab in devtools changes nothing and it's still there.

tetr.io used to work on Firefox; I think when I was on 154 was when I last went on there.

Firefox stopped working yesterday. When I open it, it immediately crashes. After multiple times of that I refreshed it as it asked. It then worked ok. However after closing it and coming back later, it again immediately crashes. I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it still does not work.

Where is a link, icon, or ANY WAY to add a shortcut site to my Ubuntu FF **DESKTOP** homescreen?

I already have 4 rows (since 2013 over many Linux laptops. Ubuntu, Mint, popOS, and now Ubuntu 26.04 LTS).

There is room in the fourth row for a few more. BUT I don't see any icon or link or right-click option to add another!

Phrasing the article search various ways gets me a lot of unrelated stuff.

EVERY help article, of which there are few, seems to have a BIG-ASSumption that everyone is using mobile Firefox.

NO! NO three dots. No right click brings up anything. NOTHING in settings. I've been through everything in the 3-bar menu, and there is NOTHING. (I already use it to sync, go to OTHER settings, go to help, etc.)

This is a day after an update, though I don't know how that affects it.

Usually if I forget how I did something, I just explore and find it. BUT --

My way of adding new shortcuts seems to be GONE.

Since the last update (I know that Firefox DE is a beta/semi-nightly release, I just want to know if this is my mistake or a bug), only my first firefox window has address bar, all the other windows don't. And when tabs are vertical, the rest of the windows don't even have a title bar. (This behavior doesn't apply to newly created windows) Also, non-primary windows also lose the capacity to resize the vertical tab bar. ¿Did I do something wrong or is this a bug?

I have started receiving a secure connection failed error message for a portal log-in website that worked fine for the past 6-7 months (see attached document). Other people in my group use Firefox and Bitdefender to access the portal and none of them are having this issue.

I originally believed the problem to be my anti-virus (Bitdefender) and worked with them to resolve the problems. After trying various solutions including clearing my cache, using private mode and turning off different components of their software, Bitdefender believes the problem is with my browser setting and not their software. I also tried accessing the portal using Chrome in both regular and incognito modes and cannot access the site which would seem to rule out the problem being a Firefox browser problem but contacting Firefox support seems to be the next logical step.

I have been to the Firefox FAQ and saw similar problems with potential solutions - DNS over HTTPS, TLSKEYLOGGING issues, add-on exceptions - none of which worked. I have the most recent version of Firefox and am running Windows 11 home version.

Sometimes if I hit refresh after receiving the error message, the browser will try to connect and I will get a server time out message. If I keep hitting "try again", sometimes the portal log-in screen will appear and allow me to log-in. The key word is "sometimes" since often I just keep getting the server time out message.

Any ideas for me to try from this forum?

The lack of support for saving pages in MHTML format is a real drawback for Firefox.

This is a great shame, given all its other advantages—and especially its independence from Big Tech.

Can we hope for native support for this feature in the browser soon ?

And if not, what is holding it back ?

When I open my Earthlink email in Firefox there is a box at the top that says "Enhanced by Google" and the screen won't scroll. I talked to Earthlink support and they said it's a Firefox problem

My Earthlink email will not scroll. I have tried talking to Earthlink, but they say it is probably a browser problem. Here is my conversation with them, so that I don't have to re-type everything.

I tried working with Earthlink support, but cannot get my mouse to work correctly in their webmail. This problem just started a couple weeks ago, and today it will not scroll at all. I opened the webmail in Edge and got it to work. There is a glitch somewhere.

I want to sign in firefox but when i go to sign in the firefox don't allow to sign-in and says create new profile for this. I want to sign-in to firefox without creating new profile.

the build in VPN is not working anymore: the messages we get are often like "no internet connection". i did use it now for some weeks, but after the last update it stopped working now for some days.
