I've been using Dashlane for a long while. It stopped working, so I deleted it to try to solve the problem. When I tried to re-install it, it won't work. I just keep getting an error about it being corrupted. I've restarted the computer, closed Firefox. It's the same. Dashlane tried to trouble shoot with me, but they have not solved it either. It worked on Google Chrome, but I cannot get it to work on Firefox. Firefox is my browser! I need help to get Dashlane installed and working on it.

My firefox is upto date, even re downloaded it and refreshed it. I go to the add on's menu and chose any one, and every one when i download it says "Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt."

I enjoy Firefox browser, but this morning I found that my add on/ extensions do not work and I found that if I try to add any extension recommended by Firefox I get the message " this cannot be installed the file is corrupt", I don't understand. I have tried a refresh, I have went to the fixes in about.config and no matter this situation doesn't change. please advise. I cant include a screenshot because it will not work.
