'bold textSince Dec 2024 my Folders are scewed, not related to the folder names. Most are not accessable. Your wonderful up grades have nearly left my computer useless. I have used thunderbird for many years. Now my system is useless. I have an excellent computer, but because of your previous upgrades nothing works. My folders names don't match what is in the folders. Many folders are not accessable. I am 85 years old. I don't know where to go to get help. THis new upgrade has left me without a browser. I couldn't get on my regular Zoom meeting this morning. I;m happy some of your super techs are happy with your changes. I can't get it. One more thing my computer doesn't have. I can't seem to login to Twitch with the newest version of Firefox on Arch Linux. This was a completely fresh install of Arch and Firefox with no add-ons (on two different machines). Switching user agents doesn't seem to work either.

I had this issue a few months ago but it then seemed to resolve itself. Now it's back.

I use passkey on a few sites like Google, Youtube, Hubspot... every time I attempt to use passkey on such sites Firefox locks up and I can't select anything on the page, a different tab. It just completely locks up and I have to restart it.

I always deselect cookies.

I don't have this issue on Safari so it is the only way I have to deal with this issue.

I set up a primary password, forgot it and set up another one, now neither work. I'm so fed up with Firefox i just want to delete it, but Mozilla support said do not delete the account without solving this problem.

I'd appreciate any help you can give.

I do use AVG and I have turned off the VPN while using Firefox to see if that helps.

Firefox now requires me to use a passkey to log in to YouTube. I don't have (or want) a passkey. My computer locks up solid, and I must reboot when I cancel the request for a pass key. I have cleared the Firefox cache and cookies. Nothing seems to help.

I’m having trouble accessing my Firefox Account. I originally created the account by using “Sign in with Google.” Recently, Firefox started prompting me for a password to log in for sync but I don't remember what it was. When I try to reset the password it doesn’t work because my account is tied to Google sign-in. I’m now stuck and can’t access my account through the browser or sync my data I can simply log into forum or change settings that's it. How can I set a password if I used Google Sign-In to create the account?

after updated to version 137.0 , when i login any sites its always prompt "password update or not" its already saved before.

in previous all version i not face that type of issue kindly fix it.

I think I have wrong version of FireFox on computer, because I signed in with old password I think I used on old windows 8 computer. I have a windows 11 laptop.bold text

Until the other day I was able to simply sign in to my various Yahoo email accounts password by using my 1Password saved password. Now,when I try to log into my Yahoo email accounts I get a popup window (see attached screen-print) saying that Windows Security wants to make sure it's me and that "This request comes from Firefox, published by Mozilla Corporation. Insert your security key into the USB port." Then I have to click the "Cancel" button, click "Try signing in another way" link and I can then sign in as I use to with my 1Password stored password.

These extra steps that are now required to sign-in to my Yahoo email accounts is very annoying and frustrating.

Firefox Autofill has an incorrect address for me. It shows: Apt 1234, 5 Evergreen Place 5 Evergreen Place instead of: Apt 1234, 5 Evergreen Place How do I correct it? Address randomized for privacy
