Hi,

As in the topic. When I scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, the account is added and new codes start spinning (labeled Firefox ($email)). However, when I enter the visible code into the Enter security code input, I get "Incorrect security code" error (tooltip).

I can see Google Authenticator listed as a supported application, is this no longer valid?

I also tried typing the secret key into the app directly with the same results.

How can I set two-sided printing to rotate on the long axis (so both sides are printed in the same direction, and when you turn the page you can keep reading easily)? With the new upgrade it keeps defaulting to printing on the short axis (so the second side is printed upside down) which makes it very difficult to read smoothly. This has always been easy to set previously. Now the Print menu only allows you to toggle Two-Sided Printing on and off, not to choose the axis. The system dialog does include this setting, in theory, but it doesn't work. I have tried changing it to Long-Edge Binding several times. Each time I change the setting and print immediately, and it still prints with Short-Edge Binding which I do not want. Help! If this can't be fixed I will need to stop using two-sided printing entirely, which will mean wasting a lot of paper.

cannot access you tube on firefox browser. Microsoft edge loads up clean. Firefox displays left side buttons, home, trending, etc. Buttons work, nothing else does, no display of videos to peruse. Other screens have videos and everything else works . I can watch videos just not select from latest videos on the home page.

I am located in an area wherre mobiles cannot be used because there is no signal. I have been trying to send sync to a USB memory stick but Firefox will not allow me to do this. Firefox insists that sync can only be sent to mobile devices. I am using Firefox on a desktop with Windows 10.

Suddenly I can no longer copy and paste to google search page. I can still search from highlighted text but That's not how I usually do it. It still works occasionally or at least once. What recently changed and how do I fix it?

I'm using Firefox 85.0.2 on macOS 11.2.1 and I can't load the PKCS11 Device Driver for my eSign. All the necessary drivers are installed on the system and the Charismatics Scard Utility recognises the devices properly. What's even stranger, is that I was able to add the device in Thunderbird (78.7.1).

Can anyone help me figure out what's wrong and get the device working, please?

Hi, I'm using Firefox 85.0.2(64-bit) Windows 10

While I'm testing local testing for website, whenever I typed/entered localhost OR localhost:8000 Firefox keep redirecting/guesing subdomain for it(which="www"). Made my testing messed up.

There's same issue on https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1216065 None of those work.

All was well. Then suddenly two, three, and more bookmarks and folders began to spontaneously duplicate. Some as many as ten or more times. Some of the folders are empty, while others with the same name have the links. What is happening and how do I stop it?

Reviewed "Sheribee" earlier issue which apparently involved a VPN. I do not have a VPN but have tried several times in the past week to access IRS refund status site without success. I can get into irs.gov, but am unsuccessful in accessing the refund status site after entering required input data. The issue has occurred only this past week.

I'm unaware of IRS issues causing this problem.

Have not had this issue on any other sites; and I have successful retrieved data in prior years.

I am not saving any sign on protocols with the irs or any other sites.

Running Windows 10. Thanks for any help. BTW I did get refund information using the telephone, but I want to ensure there's not a hidden conflict of some sort with FireFox. Thanks for any help.

As of Feb, 23, 2021 all my passwords and logins are gone. I've been going in circles for 3 hours trying to get them back. I'm even more lost now. Please any help at all for my problem? My brain is mush. If someone can help please beak it down step by step. Thank you so much, Diane

Hi There, Before I could sign up to a website I was directed to install a VPN service and they prescribed me to get NORD VPN and I thought but why not using the VPN service that I already have which is Mozilla VPN. So I tried to lock on to the site but I just could not now what do I do. I already pay for Mozilla VPN and if I do have to get Nord then I will have to cancel my Mozilla VPN. Please could you advice me what to do.

We already have Ctrl+Q and Alt+F4 combinations for close window, Ctrl+Shift+W should work differently. It should close all tabs (Like Ctrl+W close current tab, Ctrl+Shift+W should close all), but not a window! This combination used to clear your workspace and start visiting new sites from scratch, but not for exit!

The web site from Apple does not display correctly o a Mac OS running the latest version 85.

The site is https://discussions.apple.com/welcome the screen shows as enclosed. When I use another browser it works properly on the same workstation. Also I have refreshed and reinstalled FF.

Hi, I'm unable to change my Firefox Account password.

I navigate to the Manage Account page, click Change next to Password and enter my old and new password and nothing happens. The page gives no indication that the change has applied and my password remains the same.

I have also tried this in a private window, on Google Chrome and on my phone and the same thing happens.

Checking on a surprise loss of 12.5 gigs, in an hour. and not online during that time, they are "looking into it."

Did a review of data usage per app and found that Firefox has used over 18g of data in the last 30 days alone. How is that possible? A relatively new phenomenon.

Suggestions?

No virus, no malware, ran a few other tests. No issues.

One add on is being used right now. all others have been off.

New "feature" from Mozilla which places sponsored websites at the top of URL drop down box once I click into the field.

Genuinely unhappy with this and could lead to me uninstalling unless an option to remove this is hidden somewhere.

I am trying to print from a web page, and the print pop up screen changed to something weird today. This pop up screen is completely useless as it will either print gigantic or microscopic regardless of the settings. Is there a method for going back to what actually worked?
