There seems to be a glitch that I keep encountering when trying to sign in through my TV provider, particularly Verizon, to watch DisneyNOW or TCM or any other service for that matter. The website known as "ssoauth.verizon.com" seems to keep hanging on the message "Please wait - we are verifying your account," and the sign in never gets completed. I already tried clearing my cache and history but with no result.

Even trying to submit troubleshooting information is causing the form to crash here. If you would like, I can send you a text file containing the log I saved from the browser console.

'I am running fiefox version 147.0.3 in MacOS version 26.2. Every second time I start the program firefox tries to take 15GB of memory. The process does not respond (as this is equivalent to more than the memory available plus the swap space). I have to kill the process and the second time the program has standar memory needs. How can I help developers?

Hi. Cannot seem to figure out how to remove 3 Mozilla Firefox notifications appearing vertically up the right side of my windows 11 LG gram laptop. They are covering up part of the mozilla dropdown window when I click on the 3 little lines in the upper right hand corner. Sorry, not very good at explaining this. Looking at my Firefox 147.0.1 settings for macOS 26.2 (Apple M1), I'm trying to adjust two settings:

-- I'd like to remove Languages -> English (GB) (its existence has odd side effects, like triggering United Airlines to offer fares in Pounds Sterling, and I'd prefer to just have English (US))

-- I'd like to disable Play Audio and Video for about:welcome (in regular and private windows)

I can see no way to accomplish this currently -- why?

I've tried messing with hardware acceleration, resetting the zoom to 100, it seems when i get the zoom as low as possible it tries to fall back into place, i can't find any fix on this, i like this browser but i cant watch anything like this

I have the latest version of Firefox. I still keep getting the prompts to download the latest version. When I go to system info, it shows I have the latest version it is asking me to download. When I do a manual search for the latest version, it always says it failed to search for the latest download.

Mozilla made an update of my Firefox installation on my Win11 laptop. all my password disappeared as well as my history and bookmarks.

I have now a virgin installation and is starting from scratch.

Now I get this error message: "This profile was last used with a newer version of this application. Please create a new profile." I deleted met shortcut and I opened Firefox by using Windows search. Now I see 4 profiles! I think I do not need to create a new profile. Maybe delete 3 of them ? What to do ? And, how?

I had to actually sign up fort a Mozilla account,the multiple hoops I had to jump through were ridicules, in order to ask a question of Firefox. I do not want my address bar to be my search engine. How do I disable the search engine in my address bar? And now I have to wait for an answer!!!!!!!! I used to love and trust Firefox. Not anymore.

j'ai l'habitude de faire mes recherches sur la barre de recherche centrale et non sur l'url. Bien que le curseur soit positionné dessus, je ne peux pas y écrire, je suis redirigée sur l'url. J'ai bien mis à false la ligne qui convient dans about:config, mais ce n'est toujours pas possible. Que faut il faire ?

With the old FIREFOX Start/home page I could have up to 4 lines of bookmarks showing on my start up/home page, but now there are only 8 showing. Can I add more, and if so how? Thanks

Just as the summary says, Used to have an icon that I put under the "hamburger" menu on the bookmarks toolbar that opened the bookmarks menu. Can't remember how I got it there. Can someone help me get it back.

Since version 148.0b2 (64-bit), it's once again not possible to enter search terms in the search box of a new tab; instead, the browser searches in the address bar. I've had all the settings I found in the forums configured correctly for over five years, and they haven't changed. - browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.improvesearch.handoffToAwesomebar = False. Despite this, the search still occurs in the address bar. Now I'm back to the awful search in the address bar. How can I fix this? Please fix this bug as soon as possible.

Trotzdem wird die Suche im Adressfeld geführt.

Jetzt geht es aber wieder mit der Schrecklichen suchen in der Adresszeile los. Wie kann ich dies ändern? Bitte diesen Fehler (Bug) schnellst möglich beheben.
