I may be misunderstanding the nature of syncing here but my question is this:- I have 3 devices that at various times in the past have been synced but no longer are. Now I want to sync them all again but I want the information that is on my PC, I'll call this the primary device, to by synced to the other two. In other words, I don't want to loose any of the tabs, passwords or bookmarks on this primary computer and I what them transferred to the other two. So, how do I set my PC as primary device? p.s. I know this is a different forum but anybody know if there is any chance Thunderbird will be sync-able any time soon?

I tried to look for the "json" files or "jsonlz" files but I cannot find any. Where are they exactly so I can physically remove these specific files? To remove stored bookmarks secretly behind the scene?

I will be moving all of my data to a new laptop and want to know if I need to have both my personal Firefox profile and the "default-release" profile backed up. The "default" one is over 3GB and has over 20k files in it, and my personal one is only 113 MB with 1300 files — and my thumb drive needs all the extra space it can get. (Why would the "default-release" profile be so much larger than my personal one?)

The old laptop runs on Windows and the new one will have the Linux OS. Will that make a difference in using a backed up Firefox profile? I mean, will the data still work in the new OS?

Hi, I just want to ask why every time I used Firefox browser on my PC then open my Task manager the Firefox in processes tab have 10 more counts even I didn't open any website and add tab. Please kindly check my screenshot. Hope to get feedback on your team. Thanks..

Since Ebay changed their format for auction ads the photos that are part of the ads open as faint negatives that can barely be seen. However, if you right click on one and save to a new tab they are fine.

Google searched stopped working in Firefox version 113.0.2. I have tried all the fixes suggested and nothing has worked. Any other suggestions or do I just stop using Firefox?

I am on a unstable internet connection and while trying to download a large file it gets often interrupted. By default Firefox deletes the .part file and I am forced to again download from zero. Is there a config that I could change so Firefox keeps .part files so I could continue resuming the interrupted download?

If you can find out what causes this error code to appear, we would be on the road to solving the problem. BTW, it can play videos on the selection screen but only raises the error when i try to launch the movie. I also have difficulty with News videos where the wait symbol never stops, it just keeps trying to play it and never succeeds.

With the latest release of Firefox the Extensions are no longer viewable above the toolbar. One in particular ScrollSave needs to be set (turned on) at the exact scrolled location and now this capability has been lost.

Hi: Is the World Wide Radio add-on a Mozilla approved, supported add-on ? I can find no way to address comments with them, nor seek support. All that said, I've grown to adore Mozilla's products even though I'm a newbie with all things digital; thanks so much. I am disabled and limited to disability income only; as such I can never afford to support monetarily to my satisfaction.. it is what it is. I do so appreciate the work done by so many contributors. I find that I do need more support to feel comfortable and proficient with all the Mozilla products. Currently I use the Firefox browser and add-ons / and Thunderbird as an email client. I have a blog hosted on Render. The base URL provided by them is https://parker-codes.onrender.com. This URL works perfectly, in all browsers.

I purchased a domain from Google and then linked a CNAME record to the Render one: https://blog.parker-codes.dev. This URL works in many browsers except for Firefox Mobile (on Android). I receive the error "Address not found. The browser could not find the host server for the provided address."

- I flushed the DNS cache and checked that it propagated across the globe. I used nslookup to verify the domain resolution. - I tested in various other browsers on desktop (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) and mobile (Chrome) and they all work. - I turned off mobile extensions. I also tried in a private window. Still no luck. - I reached out to Google support. They don't see any domain or DNS issues on their end.

From all of this, it appears that the Firefox mobile browser has a bug that can't load the site for some reason. It can't properly resolve the host even though many other browsers can.

I receive the following message when trying to go to Fold3 website:

An error occurred during a connection to www.fold3.com.

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

What do I do to correct?

I saw an other article about the same possible but they had a problem with an extension but I dont have that extension but still have the same problem. Whenever i watch twitch or youtube and i alt tab or switch tabs my audio and video stops playing.

Citibank site does not allow my accounts to be shown(uploaded with my access field of ID and Password.... and always impossible to log in because it does not recognize my correct information as correct and sees it as false information...therefore does not recognize my ID and password and I am blocked out..

Also old information may not be deleted properly and causes confusion so site needs to be cleared of old useless information.

I loved Firebug and really miss it a lot. The one thing I have a had time with and having to "type manually" is when I select and element in Dev Tools related to CSS. When an element is highlighted and I click the + sign, it does not present the exact CSS code. See screenshot.

In Firebug, I could click that and the + sign and that same exact code would appear on the right. But it does not. It's some modified version and I always have to update the code.

If there something? Also, in Firebug, I could right click that element at the bottom and copy it. I cannot do that. It doesn't allow me to copy it.

This is really slowing me down and I don't like to use a lot of add-ons in the browsers. Thanks in advance.
