I found a folder on my desktop entitled Old Firefox data. It contains a folder entitled 3h0lsis5.default-release. It's almost 900 MB. Do I need this folder? Or can I delete it? Thanks in advance.

When I opened Firefox today, ALL of my bookmarks were gone. There was a message saying that they couldn't be accessed, and that sometimes securiity software incompatibility is the culprit. I'm also now unable to create any new bookmarks. I have no idea what may have updated, and don't know whether to blame you, Windows/MS, Xfinity, or the McAfee prompt which keeps trying to get me to finish installing something I never intended to install in the first place, but can't get rid of. How do I get browser bookmarks back?????

i specificly have a firefox acount soo i can acess my bookmarks if something happens to my pc. now that it did and i had to format it, unfortunatly i forgot my password. i didnt even try any false ones couse usually you can save your Data by verifing your acount over emeil when requesting a new one. but after doing that its all gone. 10 years of bookmarks gone. how do i get back my bookmarks? i never agreed to this kind of security feature. i dont think its agood thing, and i never saved any infos that could get misused if stolen so such a feature as earasing my data is unwanted.

I have the following problem and situation: I reinstalled Windows and did not write down the password for the Firefox account, and after logging in I restored the password, but it feels like my account has been re-registered, all saved tabs and passwords do not appear, but at the same time there is only one email that was used for synchronization and logging into the Firefox account. this email you can also contact through it: [email address]

I have lost all of my bookmarks, bookmark tool bar after Firefox's last update. I have spent the last day trying to recover what has been lost but I am having no luck in getting everything back in place. I have tirelessly gone over all your possible remedies and get no results. I can't even send a message to Mozilla through their help messaging system. My only recourse appears to start using another web browser. If I can't talk to someone who can help guide me through a mess I did not cause, then I am forced to find another company that is responsive to my problems. I bought a new computer 7-1-25 and I wanted to contact you about problems with your update, but it rejected my Acct Key - and when I looked at the email I got with the acct key it said Windows 10 - which tells me someone hacked my old acct because I have Windows 11 as of 7-1-25!
