After creating yesterday a new Folder, today is not in the Bookmarks under the Star. Under three bars, Bookmarks, Manage bookmarks it shows there the web pages I put there yesterday. What is going on?

I lost my bookmarks and toolbar and cannot save any new bookmarks. I found the backup for the bookmarks but I am unable to restore. I also cannot find my profile file either. What can I do?

I need help setting my passwords in Mozilla and Firefox. I'm also confused as to what is the difference between the 2 entitities. If there is anyone to guide me would be appreciated.

When I see a message to update, I always do it immediately. A few weeks ago during an update the browser disappeared and wouldn't launch. I had no option but to uninstall with Revo Uninstaller Pro.

When I installed again, I signed in and immediately selected sync and all my bookmarks were recovered but also Chrome bookmarks which I want to keep separately. No complaint, I just deleted all those Chrome bookmarks.

Had to install all my Browser extensions. I have whitelisted a few websites to save cookies from those special websites like online Banking and got an auto popup message "You are using an untrusted browser"

I had to use my phone to get a code from the Bank to continue. I use Biometrics to log into my Bank accounts and also many other websites I have installed on my phone.

Then I got another message and email from the Banks verifying I have a Trusted Browser.

Firefox is my default browser on my phone and my Laptop and always will be. Thanks for allowing me to write this message. I want to confirm this is not a complaint.

The latest Firefox update installed itself upon opening Firefox. It did not include my personalization. Specifically: - The color scheme was changed to from white to purple making the screens hard to read. - The right side window that had my bookmarks sorted into folders has disappeared. So, how do I get my color scheme and book marks menu back?

I just switched to Floorp from Chrome. When I try to print a shipping label with my DYMO 450 labelwriter, I cannot get the label to fit properly as I can with Chrome. It is an issue with the print dialog in Floorp. It does not have the "fit to paper" selection in scale section of the dialog. This makes the label print not near as well as in Chrome. I will be switching back to Chrome unless this can be addressed. See the 2 screenshots attached to see the issue.

This is to report that after clearing the cache for eBay.com in Firefox, the site now loads correctly. Please dismiss my earlier reports regarding this matter. Thank you, Chauncey R. Black

I receive many unwanted/junk/spam emails a day (10 to 20) in my email inbox. How do I stop this influx of junk? right now I am blocking domains, is this the best I can do?

When trying to set Firefox to open a file on Windows 11, it is overwritten by Firefox Nightly. I have both branches installed.

This is how it goes when attempting to set Firefox as a default application in my machine:

1. "Apps > Default Apps"
2. .mp4 (for example)
3. click the button below that displays the current default application
4. Firefox Nightly appears in this menu
5. "Choose an app on your PC"
6. "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox" ... "firefox.exe" ... "Open"
7. Firefox Nightly remains in this menu

I cannot get Firefox to appear as an available app in this menu. The only workaround, although inconvenient, is to drag and drop files straight into Firefox.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I turned on Firefox this morning and its all changed I have no bookmarks no menu and no search bar I hate this new system Why cant i go back to the previous version ???

Starting the month of February 2026, I cannot get into the following websites anymore to do my on-line shopping. Walmart.com and King Sooper grocery store (Kroeger). I get messages to try again later all the time. If I use another browser such as Edge or Chrome, I can get in no problem. Not sure what is going on??? I chatted with Customer Service Reps at both sites, they don't know why I cannot get in with Firefox, unless some of your security certificates have expired. Help!! - Stan

I have moved my profile to a different location on the hard drive to make backups easier. How do I tell firefox where the profile is now located. c:\users\med\my data\PROFILES\mozillA\*.deFAUlt
