I was using WhatsApp and i am facing problem. This account can no longer be used on WhatsApp. I have not done any such mistake on WhatsApp and my whatsapp is not working. It is very important to me. I had to wipe clean my iMac today due to some access issue. Everything was gone !!! I had to re-install Firefox as the default browser. Now I want MarketWatch to open on Firefox every time I open the Firefox browser. Please send step-by-step instruction to this 82 yrs old lady user.

Also, I had Mozilla VPN. Please show me how to re-install/download/put back this service so that I can park it on the tool bar and choose to use it at will.

Please keep your instruction very human friendly. I don't comprehend well the "digital lingo".

I cannot receive a page from the copyright office because they say I have a popup blocker preventing it. How do I find it to turn it off. It is not in the system settings when searched. Help please.

I have attached an image of the setting panel that used to have options for the home screen of Firefox. There are no wallpapers to choose from and the Home screen is barren.

I need help for if i search a site it automatically fills out stuff i dont want like instead of me needing this www.(site).com it dose www.(site).com/de and i DO NOT want this de at the end bc yesterday it all worked fine but since de is there it dosnt work anymore and i cant remove de it gets automatically added back

For some reason Firefox remembered my phone number and is now trying to use it as a login when I attempt to login or register in any service. I've checked my saved passwords and autofill data, but I cannot find it, there's only usernames and passwords, and I have no saved autofill data, no phone number. Where can I look for it to remove it?

I'm baffled by the statement of my Browser being managed by my organization since I am a single, non connected entity and have no organization, nor do I want one. I want control since I'm the one paying for it's use. Can you explain how to return control to me and only me? Thanks, KG

Firefox 139.0.1 (64-bit) on Windows 11

I occasionally increase the zoom level of websites (usually forums) with Ctrl+mouse wheel if the default text size is too small. However, if I forget to set them back to 100% (Ctrl+0) before closing the tab, the next time I open that URL, it's at the former adjusted zoom level -- not 100%. Really annoying.

How do I force Firefox to open all URLs at 100% regardless of the last custom zoom level? I have default zoom already set to 100% in Settings and Zoom Text Only is not enabled.
