Due to relevant policy and legal reasons, the Chinese version of Firefox has been used https://accounts.firefox.com.cn/ As a login account URL, it is also used in the international version https://accounts.firefox.com As login URLs, the two accounts are not interconnected. After recently upgrading to a new computer and downloading Firefox again, I am unable to use the synchronization function https://accounts.firefox.com.cn/ Login to the account, the specific manifestation is to enter the correct password when logging in, and it will continue to display 'processing'. But by directly entering the above website address, you can log in to your account normally. I now need a solution to the synchronization issue by moving bookmarks, plugins, themes, and synchronized tabs from my previous Firefox computer to my new computer.

最近换了新的电脑以后，重新下载firefox，使用同步功能时，无法使用https://accounts.firefox.com.cn/登陆账户，具体表现是登陆时输入正确密码后登陆，一直显示处理中。但是直接输入上述网址，可以正常登陆账户。

我现在需要可以解决同步问题的方法，将我原来电脑中firefox中的书签，插件，主题以及同步的标签页移动到新电脑中。

'When I set up an account with Mozilla, it was working fine, then changed to 2 factor log in. I don't know how to change it back. I would use my own email account (kemartin124@yahoo.com) but EA sets up an entire new account & Iose everything & can't get it back. I've tried to contact EA customer support but can't get a response. It's almost impossible, is there a workaround that could be done to correct it. There is an online bank. After the each update of the Firefox Mozilla on Windows PC (once per month) the bank asks to verify the login via Email or SMS OTR (which is normal).

During one year long when the first OTR code comes via Email, it's been always unrecognized by the bank (says: Wrong code). But the 2nd code or sms code mostly works fine.

Any idea?

I have used Firefox for many years and have occasionally had log in problems, but never as long as this one. I have been trying to log in to www.homedepot.com for more than two weeks and when I try, nothing happens. Home Depot says it is a Firefox problem....can you help. I have cleared cache and cookies and still have the same problem.

I use Best Homepage Ever and I am logged out every time I close my browser and have to resign back in when I open it up again. Can't find anything in help articles to solve this.

I have not been on my computer in 6 months. Everything seems to have change. (1) how do I sign in easily. (2) who is running this site? What important information do I need to use this site again? It looks entirely different now. How is the best way to become comfortable with this site again. Thank you for any help you can provide.

It me thats heving some problems to logg on for the fist time on 3 drives on the same time... i youst to much handel i can sees.. things are gong to fast..and i am old man,, and are a som slow if you know Whats i talking absolutt..
