I just updated Firefox to 138.0 and 130.1. I doesn´t see my bookmarks anywhere, all gone can´t even see the sidebar or menubar, is it a bug or what ? an anybody tells me what´s going on ? I use Windows 10 English version.

Hi, I have done a system reset, keeping files etc., and i cannot find a backup of my bookmarks - i am in a real panic as it is all my partners bookmarks and he will be devastated. Help! Amy

I am reaching out to report an issue I am currently facing. I recently changed my device, and upon attempting to sync my Mozilla Firefox account on the new device, I noticed that all my data—including bookmarks and saved passwords—appears to be missing.

Please note that my previous device is no longer in my possession and has been formatted, so I no longer have access to the original data.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in recovering my data and saved logins, as many of them are not stored in any other browser.

My PC and mobile coincidentally broke at the same time and took me a while to be able to log in into my Firefox account (3-4 months), and now there's nothing to sync, no tabs or passwords from either my PC or previous mobile device showed up after logging in. Is the situation recoverable?

I had to do a clean reinstall of MacOS. I'm recovering things from my Time Machine backup, but I can't seem to import my bookmarks and passwords.

I copied my old profile info from Time Machine to /[user]/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles, but when I open Firefox, it doesn't find the data.

If I try to import, it asks for an HTML file, but I didn't have a chance to export the data as HTML before reinstalling the OS. What can I do?

Firefox so far my favorite browser, but I'm seriously considering going somewhere else as EVERY time there is an update, I loose all the login information (user/password) in every website I deal with.

Is there any workaround as the updates are more often all the time?

Is it so difficult for the developers of Firefox to update it without removing the login information of the several websites we login to?

AFTER 137.0.2 EVERY TIME I START FF ALL MY PREVIOUS TABS ARE GONE AND I BACK TO THE TOUR SCREEN. ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS, BESIDES SWITCHING TO ANOTHER BROWSER?

i deleted my firefox bookmark backups yesterday, placing them into my recycle bin and then emptying it, today i regretted it and used diskdrill to recover them however, when i try to load them back up firefox says it is unable to process the backup file. is there anything you can do to help me with this problem? i have included some images if that will help at all

Today was the second time in two weeks I have lost every open tab in Firefox. Previous to this, this problem has not occurred in at least 5 years. What is going on? To utilize data from multiple sites takes a long time to relocate sites and this is becoming unacceptable. Firefox updates are better than this. Thank you for your help.
