I have searched Support, enabled media Autoplay for all sites, Page Info for individual sites. Videos play but never with audio. Currently using FF 134.0 (64-bit) on Debian 12, but recall some problems starting about the 133.0 update. No audio with Youtube, Amazon testimonials/reviews, etc.

Please help?

The VDH add on remains grey when installed and it is impossible to download a launched video from you tube. I have tried everything -old version, suppress and reinstall, restart browser etc.. Nothing works, it just doesn't seem to be able to connect at all any longer, and used to work perfectly before. The site is totally unhelpful. The same thing happened with EasyYouTube video downloader a few months ago. Are these addons supposed to get obsolete after awhile ?

I have rebooted my system and cleared my cache multiple times.

I just installed Firefox today.

No streaming service works. Not Prime, not Netflix, none of it. Only YouTube or other free sites. I'll hear audio only, but get stills or black screen for video. I've logged out of those sites, cleared those sites individual cache and cookies. I have disabled all add-ons for the streaming sites. I have ensured that autoplay is enabled for Firefox.

I don't know what else to do and I am in some distress over it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Up until a few days ago when I was logging into email my password for that would come up automatically. The same applied to other logins butr no longer happens. Why

I have recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 11 running the following;

All of my videos from Lifeway, YouTube, even thumbnails on Etsy scramble the video making it unviewable. I contacted Dell and over a week we determined my hardware, software is not the issue. I switched browsers to Brave and Edge and these browsers did not have the same issues. Dell has requested I reach out to you.

I have been using credit card detail autofill for several years, using my Microsoft password. Suddenly, possibly since January 1st 2025, this feature doesn't work any more! The usual pop up asks me to choose a credit card; I do this and then enter my password and press Enter or Continue. After that nothing happens. The credit card number is not filled in for me and the same happens if I try to add the Expiry Date. Please can you see what may have changed either in my settings or elsewhere? Many thanks. If if I'm watching a video on a site like Youtube or facebook, when I scroll away, a small window of it automatically opens in the lower corner of my screen. How can I stop this. When I scroll away I d like it to just stop the video.

I uploaded some videos to my website (burchmusic.com). They can be played on Safari, but not on Firefox. This is the error message I get: No video with supported format and MIME type found. I'm on MacBookPro running OS Sequoia 15.2.

I went to a new website it asked me to put in an email address, Upon starting to type I saw I had 10 or 11 things to choose from. I want to edit these out one by one, is there a procedure to do that? Thank you.

I’m experiencing an issue where Firefox is autofilling form fields even when the autocomplete attribute is explicitly set to values like "off" or "nofill".

Despite trying several variations, Firefox continues to autofill these fields.

Could you clarify:

Is this expected behavior in Firefox? Are there specific guidelines or workarounds to prevent autofill in cases where it is not desired? Are there any browser settings or configurations that could override the autocomplete attribute? - Autocomplete is needed for some fields but not for others, so it cannot be controlled at the settings level Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
