For the past couple of months I have been getting the message www.bbc.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

Error code: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR when loading pages on www.bbc.com website. I have done a search on the internet and it seems this is a common problem with Firefox and does not affect othere browesers. I have done what was advice given online but it does not solve the problem. It is getting so bad I may have to start using one of the other browsers even though I prefare Firefox.

Hey everyone, I need some help with a puzzling issue. I've noticed that a website (https://socialhubin.com/how-to-pause-instagram-reels-like-a-pro-uncovered/) I'm working on functions perfectly fine when I use Google Chrome, but when I try to access it using Mozilla Firefox, I encounter a '404 error' or sometimes the layout is broken with images displaying incorrectly. I am trying to use a <select> tag to display a color selector. So each <option> has a background color to match its displayed text:

On Chrome this displays as expected:

How can I get Firefox to display the background colors?

I'm experiencing an issue, when I visit this website in Firefox, some images appear broken, but they display perfectly in other browsers. Has anyone else encountered this problem or have any suggestions on how to fix it?

I need to go over the head of the Mozilla Triage manager who has left https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1406865 open without a resolution for **seven years**. How do I do that? This is a bug reported in Firefox 57 and **still** not fixed in Firefox 125. I cannot find any support category anywhere in the Mozilla website that covers appealing a decision by one of their employees. The last comment from this uncooperative indivisual is "But given we support it on macOS and Windows yeah, it seems not very objectionable." Who is this **clerk** to override the fact that a number of customers very much find this "objectionable". I cannot find anything on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contact/ that addresses this issue. I cannot find even a surface mail address for Mozilla. For example my complaint has nothing to do with any of the following:

   I’m having problems with using Firefox
   I want to donate to Mozilla
   I have questions about using Mozilla’s trademarks
   I’d like to report misuse of a Mozilla trademark
   I want to hold an event in a Mozilla space
   I want Mozilla to sponsor my event

Yes I am having a problem with Firefox, but the clerk responsible has, through sitting on this issue for **seven years**, basically told the entire community that he doesn't give a reservoir.

In particular I feel this unacceptable behaviour should be brought to the attention of senior management, but there are no contacts for anybody in senior management.

I'm running Windows 10, Firefox Release 126. I had the same issue with the previous version of Firefox. I was hoping 126, would fix the Chase Bank issue.. But it did not I read several articles from FF users, I checked my User Agent Settings, they are correct. Called Chase, they said use Chrome as Firefox does not have the 'needed code' to work with Firefox. Been using Firefox with Chase for at least 5 years.

I have restarted and updated both firefox and my computer and disabled all of my security extensions for Canvas. However I still do not have any content loading for assignments or quizzes.

Before the update on April 29 I had no issues with my eBay account on Firefox. Now I am unable to get the pages to work properly. I cannot list any items for sale nor can I change any of my items in my store. Nothing saves and then redirects me to the homepage. eBay is one of my trusted seitz so I have no idea what’s causing this. It’s not eBay because my other accounts work fine on Chrome and on Safari. It happened exactly when the last update happened. And the only way that I can actually get back to the original site is to clear all my cookies and log out and start all over again, only to have the same issues over and over. I don’t know who to contact. I’m losing money in my Business every day because of this so I’m going to have to change my browser unfortunately if I don’t get a solution as soon as possible. Firefox is my primary browser. I get this Network protocol error message so often now that I am considering using another web browser. See below It happens with sites I routinely use. I have tried several of the solutions from Firefox and also searched other solutions online to no avail. I like the Firefox web browser. Can you provide me some other solutions

Hi, I am trying to access a website, and I keep getting 'Secure Connection Failed', with the error codes: ' PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR', or 'SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG'. This only happens in 'Firefox', 'Microsoft Edge' and 'Google Chrome' load without any issues. I have the same problem on PC and Android. I have tried everything that I could from the information I received on the internet and here in the help forums, from disabling proxy, firewalls, on the browser and on my PC. I have added exceptions to HTTPS, disabled 'Enhanced Tracking Protection'. Nothing seems to work. If you could help me this would be greatly appreciated, as Mozilla Firefox is my trusted browser. It was working fine before on firefox. it works on other browsers (opera, Edge,..) Do something changed? it's a long time that i didn't chek it so...

CloudFlare is not allowing me to use Firefox for a host of sites that I routinely use, such as my bank, Credit Union 1. I have tried repeatedly and will not recognize my computer so I have to use Chrome to get through.

They are locking me out as a spammer because I am using Firefox. Whats up with that?????

when I click on an advert for a product provided (I assume) by google at the top of search results. I have cleared the cache and cookies. Latest firefox on ubuntu 22.

Just today, I can no longer access the Amazon website. The pages load halfway and then it just churns/spins and never completes loading the page. So far I've discovered no other websites that have the same problem.

I am able to access the Amazon website on three other browsers - Edge, Brave and DuckDuckGo - with no problems and normal loading speed. I don't use Chrome, so I can't speak to that.

I've tried clearing the cache and that did not help. I had a Firefox update installed a couple of days ago. Don't know how long it had been sitting there, as Firefox is almost always open and doesn't have the opportunity to update until I close everything and restart my computer, which I did a couple of days ago.

Windows 10 on a Dell pc/laptop. Firefox Version 126.0 (64-bit).

Any ideas on how to fix?

I am using Firefox Developer Edition 127 b07, and that happens also in safe mode.

It used to work not too long ago with FF, and it works with Chrome latest.

Images and graphical elements (even the checkmark or the confirm image at the bottom of this thread creation page) disappear when scrolling down. This started after today's update. I've tried creating a new profile, troubleshooting mode, disabling hardware acceleration, disabling dark reader, changing the windows override settings to NEVER - NONE OF IT WORKED!! I'm getting really ticked-off by this crap! Didn't have this problem until the newest "great" update!
