I have checked for the last 12 hours in my email folder, junk folder. Not one communication received on 8/1/17 from Mozilla. How do you expect customers to access your company by not acknowledging my requests. Don't state 'sent successfully' messages, when this is not the case.

When I try to log into the Firefox account it say user or password is not correct. I changed it serveral times but it works fine with the sync plugin. Some accounts made before 2010 may have login issues as described, so perhaps this is the problem, what can I do to solve this?

I was trying to make a comment on the Firefox addons site when I get stopped for invalid Email address or user name and password. I think it was tied into the time when the "sync" business started. I don't use Sync at all.

I have been trying to get around this for over a year. There's something I try to do and I don't have any email address - password combination that works. So, I clicked the "forgot my password" place and entered my email address.

A few minutes later, I got a reset email that said "Click the button within the next hour to set a new password for your Firefox Account." I could not find any button in the email to click on. I tried clicking on the orange Firefox button on the title bar but that didn't help. I've done this several times over the months.

Can someone tell me what button the reset message is saying to click, and where it is?

A suggestion, Can't the wizards come up with a single entry portal for all things Mozilla or, at least, by application, Firefox, Thunderbird, Sea Monkey, etc,etc? I'll bet that most people are using the same password for all the logons.

When I successfully signed in to my Firefox account my verification email bounce and I got this message on screen, "The confirmation email we sent to photo@tonymharris.com was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data." My emails are forwarded and have been since I made the account. I also read that this is a known bug, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1162504#answer-974430. Is there anyway this can be fixed without making a new account? Thank you

Hello, after i reinstalled my windows I've tried to sign in to sync i typed the same email that i use for this acc. and this message shows: The confirmation email we sent to ****** was returned i clicked on resend email same thing and in the end it says:

Sorry. We’ve locked your account.

The confirmation email we sent to ****** was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data. the resend button is gone!

Its funny because I've just use the same email to verify this acc. pls help.

I tried clicking the link to resend the confirmation email, but still did not receive it (I also checked my spam folder). Now when I try to log into the Firefox account I created, I am told "Sorry. I have checked that my email account successfully receives other emails. How can I unlock my new Firefox account?

My sign in was “blocked for security reasons” on Firefox Accounts. There is no confirmation email. Not in spam, not anywhere. I'm trying to log in from another windows laptop (having no problem at home with it on my desktop and at work on my mcabook), for the second time in 1 month, and just can't.

Also, please note, that saying just "blocked for security reasons" on the sign in page is a very, very bad UX practice. At least "a confirmation link was sent to your email" would be smth. Why on earth do I have to search forums to get your machine-like fact of failure decrypted? Have you designed this browser for humans? The good UX practice is to suggest a solution, not only state that smth went wrong.

Anyways, if there exists a way to sync my account - this is the last shot I'm giving here, cause it just drives me nuts and I'm going in circles.

Put in my email of petrevan@sbcglobal.net says "you already have an account" put in pw to sync your history and bookmarks. I forgot pw tried to reset pw but then says "unknown acct". When I filled out your contact form I first used petrevan@sbcglobal.net an alert says "someone already has that account" THAT'S ME! How do I get out of this galaxy and come back to earth? I don't want to create a new account b/c I want my history/bookmarks back. PLEASE HELP!

I cannot log in to ask a question because you keep telling me the confirmation email has been sent but it is not getting to me. i do not like the new version for all sorts or reasons, but mostly because it slows down my computer and it freezes ALL THE TIME. I hate session restore, but i get it all the time. i have a course i have been taking from a website that works fine on my apple device, but since your upgrade on windows 10 and 8 versions, laptop and tablet respectively, it freezes EVERY TIME, so i have been unable to finish the course. i would like to go back to an older version of Mozilla on both devices since the problems started with the new version.
