As of today all of my new logins are showing up with a sign in location of 'Boardman, OR, United States'.

This is nowhere near where I live. I'm not using a VPN, and have checked my IP's location using GeopIP services. This has never happened in the past either.

Is there an issue with the service at the moment, or is something more dangerous potentially going on?

Ever since the update on mac OS and FF v 89.0,i have to sign in and re-sync FF everytime i restart. It used to retain my sync account info and automatically start up with that info. What changed? How can I get FF to save the info without having to re-enter it everytime???? PLEASE HELP. This is a huge time waster.

Hello I need help with the bookmarks. I recently performed a clean format on my computer for a fresh start. Knowing my bookmarks and save files are linked on my account, figured it would be safe since I've synced from the same account before. Problem is when logging in to firefox, my bookmarks didn't sync anymore. Please help thank you.

I am able to enter a recipient and a subject, but when I attempt to enter text, I am able to enter the first letter; when I try to enter the second letter, the page crashes

I want to use a different account linked to my Firefox. All data i used at first account is partially obsolete. At the same time i want to keep the data for just in case moments. When i use another account address, Firefox asks for my primary account. I just want to make a new account. Why i need the primary and also a verification at another device. At first i did manage and got a second sync account, but then Firefox started to combine those 2 accounts. More bookmarks. twice bookmark Firefox. I just want to start from scratch (without losing the data i already got). Firefox behaves likes Google or Facebook it follows you where ever you go, keeps tracks on you. I survived 1984 and do think Orwell had a better interpretation of that year. Can Big Brother do something besides harassing people

I have two laptops and a mobile phone that are connected to Firefox and have sync operating. One the laptops shows a location of Wrexham which is approximately correct. The other shows a location of Boardman, OR, United States, a place some 6000 miles away and of which I have never heard. Googling the location gives me no useful information, other than it is a small town with no special characteristics. A screenshot of part of the Firefox Accounts page illustrates what the situation is.

The laptop stated as in Boardman has a location set within Windows. That is not Wrexhan but is only a few miles from there.

I have used iplocation.net which gives me the location of my ISP, in England.

I sometimes use a VPN (for work) and when being used iplocation.net gives a different English location which I think is the locaton of the ISP for my Employer.

I am unsure what is going on here nor do I know what implications there are for my security. I do not seem to be able to fix this.

Can anyone help, please?

Roboform password keeper cannot fill in user or pw on Mozilla login page

Please see below, this discussion with Roboform tech that RF cannot fill in username or pw on Mozilla login page. Is it really Mozilla’s intention to make it impossible for a password keeper program to store and login to Mozilla on the Firefox browser, but to force people to use some other browser to do such a login that customers may have to do several times a day?

Firefox prohibits access to this URL to extensions, so RoboForm cannot save a Login for this address when you visit it in Firefox.

If you try to use this URL in any other browser, you will be able to save a Login and then use it to log in your Firefox account.

Mozilla Support, I look forward to your reply. As it is now, I can only login to Mozilla using my long, strong pw, by copying it from secure storage location and pasting in...very slow and tedious. Thanks for your consideration.

My mail to an American e-mailaddress is blocked and i have got the advice to put in the address in the addressfield by hand and/or check my syncronisation and i have no clue of what that is. Please explain in A VERY EASY WAY TO UNDERSTAND AS I*M A NOVICE AT COMPUTING.

Hello I want to send my open tabs from my old PC to my new PC. But when i do it whith Sync, only a part of them are open on the new divice. I have a lot of tabs, over 400, and only a hundred open. If I select the following tabs for the transfer, nothing is happening. Need help please.

My pc got hacked through the my Firefox api keys, took all my crypto my emails, what can I do if I’m locked out of everything. There is no way to lock your account from outside. When they have access to everything you can’t do anything. Now this scammer, he literally runs a scam site has all my info. Google doesn’t have a number to call. Yahoo lady was an idiot, I said I’ve been hacked I want my account locked down they can’t do that. He changed the carts on my pc and deleted the recovery drive. Had access to my phone and did the same to that. Stole most or all of my crypto and there’s no recourse to these people the government is spending trillions of dollars, they can’t setup a number to call. This guy has stole millions from his scam site. Ruined my life and no one does anything. I’m literally on leave from work because I’m a manic depression with suicidal tendencies. I just want a person to talk to who can help. Google, one of the biggest companies in the world has no call center. How ridiculous is that. All my money I had. All my private information stolen. My I’d, my ssn, all my passwords. They need a simple button that says if you’ve been hacked click here. Even if you haven’t and someone is just doing it, it’s better than all the negatives that these people can cause. These losers hide behind the internet ruining lives and these huge companies make it so hard to do anything because they don’t care. They don’t care, we’re just the little people. Its insane that google doesn’t have a number to call for hacks. All companies should because it’s so common and these people are making more money I’ll make in my entire life by sitting behind there desk ruining people’s lives. My account is not syncing to any Firefox browser, extensions, passwords, bookmarks non of this attributes will be loaded to my browser back after re-installation, What might the issue be?

Web push notifications from different sites is not working on Firefox. This is also not the problem of the particular websites (I have checked using other browser e.g. Chrome where the web push is working fine for the same websites). Please suggest what can be done to fix this issue.
