In the "comments" section of a Yahoo article, a notification will appear that someone has replied to a comment I submitted previously. By clicking on that notification you are supposed to be returned to that article and directly to my comment and the subsequent replies to it. Firefox is returning me to the articles' comment section but not to my specific comment and any added replies.

Microsoft Edge DOES send me back to my specific comment. I cannot find anything in the settings for Firefox that would control this.

Hello, I recently updated to 15.3.2 on a silicon Mac Mini. This morning, both Firefox and TBird ran slowly. I restarted twice and spoke to a Senior Adviser at Apple. The second restart was at her advice, and it brought TBird back to normal performance. She said she believed that the computer was indexing after the update to 15.3.2, which took place last night.

We thought that Firefox was normalized as well, but it is still working slowly compared to Safari. Any suggestions?

I'm getting so fed up with parts of ebay not working after automatic Firefox updates. Every few months and usually on a Friday morning (this is when Ebay does it weekly tech maintenance) and after a recent Firefox update, something packs the job in on Ebay!. This time it's the listings, ALL of them!. My watchlist page is working fine, I can scroll down and everything is loading, photo's, text etc but, I go to search for an item and it's all over the place, not loading, filter buttons have a mind of their own, slow or non existent listings and filter side bar etc, etc. When I exit Ebay, Firefox won't reload. I have to wait for it to get itself back together, usually a few minutes later. Yet on other browsers it's running fine. I've done everything! (I've had a lot of experience with this issue) I've disabled enhanced tracking, cleared cache etc, uninstalled Ebay and Firefox and re-installed them. It works fine on ipad, phone and other browsers just not Firefox desktop! WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??? AND WHY SO @@@@@@@ OFTEN!!! I really can't take it any more. for over 15 years I've been fighting with this, I'm tired! PLEASE!!! SOMEONE AT FIREFOX, HELP!!! AT THE VERY LEAST, TALK TO EBAY AND SORT THIS OUT, FOR EVERYONE'S SAKE!

every time I try to log into a google account I get a 400 error message. I deleted all cache and cookies multiple times scoured the help forums and tried all the fixes and I still get a 400 error. please help.

Hi. I have purchased a new laptop and am trying to import my firefox data from a previous laptop, the info is also available on my mobile. It isn't working and all the info that came across is jumbled and incomplete. In addition, when in sync mode and opening tabs in firefox, they crash. Could you please assist? Thank you

i have foxfire tryed to update firefox it sais i had up to 3/14/25 to update i did update but nothing happened it keeos saying server not found i don't know what to do not very smart when it comes to computers i am 80 yrs old

As of this morning (new update 136.0.2) Some websites I use (NYT Crossword) do not display any content and some (cnn.com) are missing some content. Also Duck Duck Go search is broken. I have tried deleting all the browser data as well as shutting done firefox and reopening. All of the above still seem to work in Chrome.

When Firefox is on, and I shut down or reboot my PC directly without closing Firefox, it shows a problem. When I click the restore session or start new session' option, it takes some time to load the webpage. Sometimes, it takes 3-4 minutes to establish a connection. After resetting all data from Firefox, it fixes, but then it gets slow from time to time again. However, it is a problem to reset all the data regularly.

For the past few weeks my credit union website has posted the following error code "A connection failure has occurred. Please try again or call the Member Service Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (907) 563-4567 or (800) 525-9094.

I called member service and they blamed the problem on Mozilla, stating they are slow to update their security protocols to accept GCU's advance security. They refused my suggestion that they reach out to Mozilla and there is no direct way to contact Mozilla Support.

I have used this browzer for years with no problem, and now I can't use it on my online banking site; the only site where this problem occurs. HELP

This is not a question, but rather an observation. When I imported passwords from Chrome (Version 134.0.6998.89 (Official Build) (64-bit)) to Firefox (136.0.1 (64-bit)) one of the passwords was incorrectly imported from Chrome. One of my passwords contains an exclamation mark (!) at the end, and this mark was cut off when I imported it. For example. Password in Chrome: password123! Password in Firefox: password123

Firefox is my defult browser which I use for 90% of the time - over the last week ebay has become vertually unuseable so having to use chrome as a backup which works fine tried using ccleaner which cleans the cash etc now lost all passwords and logins also as you can see spell check GB English fails to work many times for forms such as this inc freecycle etc etc - so help please from someone with the knowhow did install a spell checker as an plugin or extension some time ago dont recall what it was called but failed to work - so now heading into my 80's the grey matter fails to work as it did 30 years ago and could do with a little help thanks in advance.

I recently was able to successfully install Firefox on my Chromebook via Linux following instructions on the site. I have received notifications about an update from March 14th and I do not know how I can install this update. Can you please walk me through the steps required. It does not seem to install automatically and now my extensions don't appear to be working anymore. Thank you.
