Late yesterday, all my bookmarks disappeared. Whenever Firefox ask me to update, I do. Please advise if they are stored anywhere from which I can retrieve them. Probably close to a thousand.

why can't I restore bookmarks. All solutions will not work "unable to process file". This happen mid secession.The restore dates are there but i get unable to precess file

Microsoft's Windows11 upgrade removed all Bookmarks, history and passwords. I tried ALL their 'resolutions' Now they claim this is a browser issue. So, can you help?

Придется вам как-то перевести самостоятельно то что написала на английский. Зачем писать что при обновлении все будет сохранено, если после обновления, половина окон на восстановилась и история предыдущих посещений пропала.? и как мне теперь все это восстановить обратно?'

I am reaching out to report an issue I am currently facing. I recently changed my device, and upon attempting to sync my Mozilla Firefox account on the new device, I noticed that all my data—including bookmarks and saved passwords—appears to be missing.

Please note that my previous device is no longer in my possession and has been formatted, so I no longer have access to the original data.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in recovering my data and saved logins, as many of them are not stored in any other browser.

New Firefox update from yesterday has wiped out ALL bookmarks and appear irretrievable.

This happened once before but I was able to restore them.

This time, every bookmark folder is empty - restoring history seems to be available but only goes back to early today.

I'm trying to get my settings & themes back after an update, and nothing is working. I can't even open bookmarks on the bookmarks toolbar. I just get "new tab" with the dots moving like it's searching for a site.

I reinstalled Windows 11 Pro and I tried to login to Firefox Sync with a Mozilla account and it did not restore my bookmarks properly . Can You please help me with this ? I do want to access all my information .

Dzień dobry. Jest możliwość przywrócenia zakładek, które przypadkowo nadpisałem podczas synchronizacji przeglądarki w dwóch urządzeniach. Nie robiłem kopi zapasowej. Nadpisały mi się zakładki nie ta jak miało być.

Hi, I unwittingly reset my password without using a recovery key just now. My account had one recovery key in use but I completely forgot where I put it and I overrode it by skim reading through the warning before changing my password because I didn't remember it.

Thing is, prior to performing a clean re-install of my laptop, I didn't backup my appdata folder containing my firefox profile. The latest backup I have is from three months ago. I might be able to lay hands on my recovery key later today, but I need to know whether there is ANY hope of accessing that data on a server somewhere or if it's been wiped, definitively. I'm very upset because I had like a few hundred tabs and bookmarks.

I clicked on something that said something like "Do you want to delete stuff when you shut down Firefox?" No all my password and history stuff that used to remember my preferences, on YouTube for example) are gone. How do I fix that?
