When I start VPN, it brings me to a page to choose a subscription, but I have a yearly subscription paid in November 2025. Then my Mozilla account says I am logged on but when I click on the application icon I get a circular icon in the window with a cancel button underneath it. See attachment.

VPN has disconnected for NO REASON. This is a paid up year subscription. It has happened before. Just last month. I am running it on a windows 11 platform and use Firefox as my browser and Duck duck go as my search engine.

I still have windows 7 pro on my computer and now I keep getting "Access Denied" from some websites Can your ESL be used on my computer so that I can access my bank; stores, etc.?

Hello, I'm using Firefox 147.0.4 on Windows 11. When I open the Adobe Firefly website and I try to upload a file to the Adobe server using drag and drop or by browsing the Windows file system, nothing happens ... There's no error message, but the file isn't uploaded. Of course, this site works perfectly with Opera or Edge... On the Adobe forums, many users have the same problem with Firefox, and Adobe's response is always the same: change browsers ! there's damn near always problems, pages display funny, dont load, the browser has its own " loading circle" temp files/cache is still a problem? do you guys know its 2025 and browsers still cant handle temp files? mozilla has ZERO help. no wonder everyone uses chrome. but they suck a$$ too.

So if I download an attached file on gmail using Firefox... it crashes. If I open up a new tab on Firefox... it crashes. It only started this week.

I'm using 12.7.6 and I really don't want to go back to Chrome, so I hope you can help.

The macbook completely freezes apart from the mouse pointer which moves, but cannot open a thing. Every time I have to turn the macbook off to restart it.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version.

Hello there we are several persons here, all connected to the internet via the same box (proxy). I would like tu to use your VPN. The other persons are not interested (no comment !). If I do this, will it affect in one way or another the connection of the other persons (in which case they will kill me..... ;-) or not. Many thanks in advance Emmanuel France

I'm running version 146.0.1 (64 bit) on a Windows 10 machine, and I've found that trying to use printscreen now opens Firefox. I cannot discern why, if it's a Windows setting or a keyboard issue or anything else

things I've tried:

- Disabling every extension - Disabling AMD Radeon - Disabling ShareX (My normal screenshot program) - Factory resetting my Keychron Q6 Max (in case there's some weird macro that got set up)

Any ideas? This might not be a firefox issue, but I figured I'd ask here. Thank you

I just installed Mozilla VPN but when it's active my internet connection stops working. Pretty sure whatever protocol it's using is the problem with the WIFI signal, but I can't find how to change the protocol like every other VPN service allows. How do I change the VPN protocol? There is strangely no article already on this site for this common problem.

When sliding from the primary Mac screen to another on the same computer the Firefox image (and ONLY that image) is duplicated on each additional screen image loaded making the use of multiple screens virtually useless.
