Hello Volunteers, Recently I've encountered some issues on adding apps such as WhatsApp and Telegram to my laptop's home screen. I've been trying to figure that out for the past hour. I'd really appreciate if you helped me with this issue as soon as possible.

I want to use Classic Bing as my homepage on Firefox. But, Microsoft has shoved New Bing down our throats for most of the year. There's a large white search box AND an enormous gray box "Introducing the New Bing." Both of these boxes take up half of the homepage, and completely obscure the Bing daily image, the only reason I use Bing. How in the world can Firefox help me get rid of these New Bing annoyances and let me enjoy the Bing daily images?

When I click on Firefox, my email comes up. Now the whole screen is covered up with an ad for Microsoft 365, and there is no way to delete it. I have tried re-booting and spent an hour trying to find solutions, which either don't apply to my problem or the solutions appear so complicated I can't follow them. I am 76, and just want to be able to do the most basic use of my computer.

Hello, last couple of weeks our e-mail is being blocked by microsoft so many of our contacts is not getting our emails. I talked to one recipient and they got an alert message from microsoft that the email is being held in quarantine. But she coulden´t open it. I have attached a screenshot that she took. It´s in swedish but you can se how it looks.

The visual and audio notifications for incoming emails being posted to the inbox of gmail under Mozillia Firefox do not function correctly when ran on a Linux Mint operating system computer.

I can get the visual notifications to work as long as the Firefox is open but once that session is closed the visual notifications are no longer issued, i.e. the setting to issue those notifications are not being saved upon closing of the browser.

I can get the audio notifications to work on a sporadic basis. I go into the settings on gmail and choose one of the audio sound notification choices and it works a few times when income emails are received into the inbox, but then just stops even if the current firefox/gmail session is still open.

My theory is that those firefox/gmail settings are not getting preserved/saved in proper manner to be available for subsequent sessions of firefox/gmail because firefox/gmail does not understand the FILE STRUCTURES of Linux Mint Mate so that those settings can be properly preserved for use by subsequent sessions of firefox/gmail.

Please consider fixing this.

Thanks.

I use a company specific website multiple times throughout the day but I have to sign in as different individuals in my company and I have those logins saved to my passwords but I still have to "Select All Images with..." when I try to access and login to this website. Having to do this multiple times a day, sometimes with multiple images, slows down my workflow.

How can I make it stop!?

A hacker opened an Instagram account using my gmail account ([edited] @gmail.com) and the scam Instagram account (Virgobusch) caused Meta to permanently suspend my Gloria Waslyn and my Parrots For Peace facebook accounts. I understand the Virgobusch Instagram published music without royalties or permission. This was NOT ME. Please restore my Facebook and all Meta accounts that may be impacted. I originally sent a message of appeal when it was taken down and that was nearly 1000 days ago. I have 11 days left to resolve this. Please help. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the mailbox settings where you have priority, offers, social, newsletters, etc. across my laptop screen. I have it on another laptop but cannot seem to find how to do it on a second laptop. Help!
