I got a password manager app but ended up uninstalling it. In the process, the normal insertion of my user name and password on accounts I use no longer happened. The information is still in my password file on my iMac, but when I access, for example, my bank, I have to enter my user name and password by hand. Before I tried the password manager (Roboform), there was no problem.

Apple cleaned but not Facebook and gmail because someone let me entering "viruses". Please help me to clean them. Please contact me. I don't have your coordinates. Thank you.

As you may know I have great El Capitan laptop - 10.11.6 which is good for over 15 years but suddenly they stopped supporting your browser. I am not able to go to online banking even computer is good. Can you help to do better upgrade on your browser please?

Google and Bing miss the first character of my search. When pressing search the results do not show any detail or urls. Firefox is up to date. Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7. See Screenshots 3 and 4. They work correctly on other browsers. I suspect there's something in Settings, but I can't find it myself. Help! See Screenshots 1 and 2.

Firefox is creating very high CPU use with many WebThumbnailExtension Web Connect processes. The processes disappear after shutting down Firefox and other programs that access the internet. Does anyone have an answer on how to prevent this from happening?

I updated my MAC OS, my Firefox IS up to date. My RING website Log-In no longer works on Firefox, yet is DOES work using Safari, which I never use. Is there a setting on the latest Firefox I can change so I can access my RIng account from my Desktop browser? It DID work last month

Hello Can you please help me find an adblocker for old Firefox 78.15.0esr. I have looked everywhere.

I have to stay on an old OSX (Mac 10.11) and use Firefox 78.15.0esr (for various reasons I cannot upgrade). I had an adblocker that worked brilliantly, but a few weeks ago it was removed (not by me), so the Ads came back!

Recent attempts to download ad blocker as before were not successful. ?incompatibility I think.

PLEASE ADVISE ON HOW A STUBBORN VIRUS EMAIL I CAN BOT DELETE. I CALLED APPLE AND LEARNED HOW TO GET OUT OF THEIR VIRUS BUT I STILL CAN NOT RELETE IT. I ALSO HAVE "CLEAN MY MAC" BUT THAT DID ANY GOOD. PLEASE HELP

A graphic displays on my M3 macbook pro running Sequoia whenever I open Firefox. I've searched online and have read posts that suggest it may be a malicious bug of some sort. The graphic which I am attaching , isn't captured when I do a screenshot, and disappears in about 15 seconds. I took a photo of my screen with my phone in order to capture it.

The graphic/alert states that "the latest OS version is ready..." but the OS is up to date. Nothing happens if you click on the "Details" button.

Anyone else having this problem?

On MacOS, in order to set keyboard shortcut, I need to know the exact name for the feature. But I can't find tab navigations in Firefox's menu.

For example, in Chrome, they have a menu called "Tab" and there is "Select Next Tab" and "Select Previous Tab" in the menu. That are the names I need to set keyboard shortcut. But I can't find the equivalent in Firefox.

From the screenshot, the keyboard shortcut works for Chrome, but not working for Firefox as I don't have the exact name for tab navigation.

Yesterday evening I accidentally clicked on a setting that asked me to stop or deny something and I don't remember what it was. Today my bookmarks and history prior to yesterday evening is gone. Is there a way in the system to go back to yesterday evening and undo whatever I clicked and restore the missing history and bookmarks? I work on MacOS and am using the current version of Firefox 137.0.2 (64-bit)

I downloaded the latest version of Firefox. The directions tell me to open the file that i just downloaded, which is fine, except that I don't know the file name or location. What is it, and where is it? or how do I f find out?
