Hi, I know this already Faqs about this problems: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-cant-load-websites-other-browsers-can But the things is, it's not works at all. Even it could, it only for few minutes and the problems keeps appears. And oddly, If you ignore it for several minutes or an hour, Firefox suddenly can open websites again. This problems keep appears in my 2 laptop. I already try anything including reinstall firefox, and it's just temporal solutions. Can you check what actually happened? Cause this problems not only me but also the other users. I already ask my colleague and my friend, they have same problems, and the solution you give isn't working at all. Thank you.

I'm running on macOS 12.1 with firefox 95 (and also 96). Suddenly everywhere I try to browse it will not load the webpage. I did not change any settings while it happend.

I already tried disabling al my extensions without luck. I also removed all cache etc.

Is there anything else I can try?

Firefox 96 cannot connect to any website, even in local network or to send crash reports. One of Firefox processes constantly loads 1 cpu core. On trying to close Firefox, crash happens.

Error persists even in Troubleshooting mode, with new profile and reinstalled Firefox. With older Firefox 88 I don't have this problem.

Environment: Windows 10, Firefox 96.0

As of today Firefox does not open any websites, though Safari does. I am on an iMac and on High Sierra and until today all was well and has been for very many years.

There is no error message, just New Tab with a dot moving left and right

While using Firefox my web pages suddenly stopped loading. Checked my wifi, it's all good. I rebooted my computer, still they won't load. Ran a malware scan, pc is clean. Checked other apps that use internet, they all work. Tried to open Firefox in troubleshoot mode since I figure it's probably an add on. When I hit the restart button, instead of confirming I want to use troubleshoot mode, nothing happens. Go to uninstall it, they ask if I want to refresh instead so I say yes. Browser refresh works for about 30 seconds and then stops loading the pages again. This time I completely uninstall and reinstall it, same thing, works a few seconds and then breaks again. If anyone has more solutions I can try, I'd be very grateful. Thanks in advance.

Firefox opens and loads the home page; however, no links work and no tab loads. It's version 96.0. I tried to do an update check, but in never connected after 20 minutes. I have 3 other browsers that work perfectly , but firefox won't do anything but sit and spin. I can't even log into my modem using a gigabit wired connection. Please help!

Please advise what I need to do to make Firefox work again. Have not changed any settings. I noticed it had stopped working as I was listening to radio via web, and there was sudden silence. Then discovered I could not update ANY websites, not just the one for the radio program. The web pages simply do not load, and they do not stop trying to load. However 0 wrong with internet connection, can browse without any problems using Microsoft (ugh).

Mac OS 11.2.3 Tried every tip in the troubleshooting guide. Firefox still does not work. Downloaded and installed version 96 but "Update History" only shows up to 95. Thanks for any help.

without any kind of warning firefox stopped working this morning. not a single web page will load. i switched to edge and went back to the ff settings page to retrieve a login. there i saw an alert that my password for ff might have been compromised. i changed it in edge and now i'm signed out and clicking 'sign-in' just gives me the spinning wheel. any help would be much appreciated!

As of this morning, the Firefox browser on my work computer does not get access to any website - including mozilla itself. On the same computer Safari works without problems, on my smartphone and in the same wifi network my mobile Firefox works.

What is wrong?

Firefox worked fine for about 20 minutes but now it's hanging. I tried downloading the latest version, changed the places.sqlite filename to places.sqlite.old but nothing works. Help!
