This even crashed when I tried to submit my account subscription for Firefox support

I've sent several crash reports. I've 'refreshed' it. I've removed all plugins. The only add ons left are: - activetouch ( always activate ) - OpenH264 ( always activate ) - Primetime content decryption module ( always activate ) - Citrix ICA - Citrix online web deployment - Citrix URL redirector helper - Google update - Silverlight I've uninstalled all other related software and refreshed since I've uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled

Unfortunately, if there is no solution to remedy this, I'll be forced to abandon Firefox and make Chrome my default.

I am trying to have an on-line chat with a service provider (such as my cell-phone provider). Rather than open a chat window, it opens a new window for the FVD Speed Dial (which I do love). Also, at my banking website, when I click on a "?" about an item, it also flips to a new window with the FVD speed dial. How do I get back to what Mozilla used to do (open a chat box for the provider or show the answer to the question behind the "?"?

I am trying to find out why firefox is blocking ridgefieldmensclub.org - if I click through using the ignore this warning link, I do get through and no indication appears from my Norton Security. So, how do I find out why the block is coming up? Regards, Jim

This search engine hijacker is locked into my registry somehow. I tried Zemana Antispyware that specifically says it deletes this - it finds it in every scan and it works ONCE, then the hijacker is back. Kaspersky didn't even see it. Suggestions?

At some point recently the font/graphics started displaying too large in firefox. Comparing a tab from Chrome and Firefox shows a huge difference in size. I'm aware I can use "Ctrl + -" or edit settings in about:config. I'm not looking to address the symptoms, I'd like to know what the root cause is if possible. I'm using Firefox 43.0.4 on a laptop with Windows 7

PS: I have ordered osx 10.7, if that makes a difference. I am a travel nurse and need to be able to logon to a website to input my hours, and tech support tells me I need to use IE for it to work. I think my Mac is pretty maxed out on available memory, which is one reason I don't really want to download IE. Thanks.

I am trying Firefox again. I stopped using it because I could not get rid of yahoo. Now your reply says to uninstall yahoo from control panel. Yahoo does not show up anyplace on control panel or computer.

Everytime I click on Firefox--with DuckDuckGo as default search engine--and then check privacy & cookies before starting, Google has already placed a cookie. Is Google just automatically hacking into DuckDuckGo? Is there something that can be done to stop this? Any info appreciated.

I am not sure where to take this. I have reloaded comcast Infinity and Firefox multiple times. I also upgraded to Windows 10, but this was happening before. I keep getting shut down or notified about a "debugger" issue. and there is a box that appears that has three choices, Debug, continue, or cancel. If I cancel, the screen freezes. If I continue, everything runs for 5 minutes and then it does it again. If I open the debugger, It is all a bunch of computer stuff that I have no idea what to do with. Most times I have to open the task manager and end Firefox and come back in again. The debugger says http://oascentral.comcast.net/...c=1&cmcsa300tab=1&cmsa250bt=1&:0. Some times there are other messages. I am about ready to quit using Firefox as I have no problems with Google Chrome or IE.

The Task/Menu bar does not display. It is replaced by a white area. When your cursor is in this area you see information for the icons in the same location on the desktop.

I am trying to connect to an online server (Manteo), for which I need to login via my web browser. Upon logging in, when I try to connect to the server, Firefox prevents the mandatory plugins/extensions from installing, therefore making me unable to get any work done. I'd like to override this automatic response from my firefox browser. How do I go about addressing this issue?

I cannot access a web mail page in Firefox (and Explorer and Chrome). The problem was resolved in Explorer/Chrome by deactivating (explorer) and activating (chrome) the compatibility settings. I cant locate these in Firefox. Can anyone direct me to where these are. thanks

Web links in email messages on my mail.com email account open the page 3c-lxa.mail.com, which then connects to the link. The page 3c-lxa.mail.com is being flagged as a reported web forgery, preventing me from following any web links from my email account (one of which is to a UK government site). Can mozilla resolve this?

Firefox does not show HTML/images for many sites. Will only show text. Example is your own site for this page.

Also, FF most always says that sites like Google are untrustworthy and require a security exception. Sometimes security exception request does not appear

Problem 1: On several occasions have I tried to change my search enginge in Mozilla from yahoo to others. I hate yahoo. But yahoo always comes back on it's own.. I don't want yahoo at all in my Mozilla Firefox. How can I stop it permanently. It doesn't seem to work.

Problem 2: Yahoo blocks certain pages I try to enter even though I have the filtering set to allow those pages. Why doesn't it follow my settings? Again, I hate yahoo and I don't want it to block any pages!

Please help me correct these issues.
