I have no problem with Firefox automatic updating, but I have a problem with the irritating popup coming every time after every update. Why do you nag your users like this? And why is there no "don't show this anymore" checkbox? Why is there no close button and you need to click trough the 5 steps every time??? Is there any way to disable this irritating popup in about:config ?

I installed my first Firefox years ago to get rid of popups and now Mozilla is slipping them in our face. Not nice.

i have account on hibid nc and you login with a email address and a password but on firefox even though the password is correct it says the password is incorrect but on chrome and edge it lets me login with the password and email. firefox will absolutely not let me login even though everything is the same. plus firefox will not let login into my bank account but chrome and edge will.

hi. i have no sound in mozilla. this started yesterday. tabs are not muted. sound on laptop is up. and i get sound in microsoft edge. if i use youtube no sound. if i copy url to edge perfect sound.

its not just yt. mozilla wont give any sound. video plays fine. yt is not muted. i have checked evrerything.

i am contactable at [email removed from public] on the left hand side of url there is a button with 2 small horizontal lines with a clear small circle on end of each line. in this it has options of permissions to block audio and video. i have both allowed. i have a couple of addons installed extensions i mean. abp its an ad blocker. i wonder about this. but this has been installed for a long time.

Because of your last two updates, I can no longer log into my bank account using Firefox. With version 107.0 I lost the ability to log into www.USBANK.COM and get the account screen, I just get a blank tabbed page, but the USBANK.COM system would still send a text to my phone with the security code required to log in.

With version 107.0.1 released today I no longer receive the text with the security code. Not that it matters because I can't get in any way..... it just gives me a blank screen tab. I now have to use the Microsoft browser to log in and do my banking.

Hi, so i accidentally did a shortcut with a prompt on a screen that selects specific elements, and pressed create, and it deleted twitter profile pics even if i refreshed the page.

L.S., by installing the latest download all my passwords are gone. I ask you urgently to let me now how to undo the latest installation (I believe it was yesterday) . I'm really very disappointed. I do not know all the passwords by heart. Please help me ASAP.

I would really appreciate some assistance. there was an automatic update today and that created a total mess. All my bookmarks reverted back to the ones I had in September 2021.

Even all the extensions were gone after that, which was quite annoying, since I had to start adding them again.

Any ideas how to get it all back?

I was using a macbook and I had activated the syncing option. I moved to a windows laptop and bookmarks were not synchronized for some reason, I have tried online solutions without any success, any suggestions how to recover all my data?

I am really frightened. An Apple support person had me erase my system and reinstall. When i down loaded Firefox none of my bookmarks downloaded. I tried sync now, nothing. Everything, a year of research, gone. What do i do?

Homepage set by domain administrator is really slow to open, and itis seach box is to search at the site, not a web search engine

Webmail for Gandi.net is failing to load in 107.0.1 (64-bit) on Windows 10 today. No luck in Private window nor Troubleshoot Mode. It is loading in chrome and edge browsers.

Recently purchased a Rosetta Stone language program and the initial instructions from Rosetta indicate that I must grant permission for microphone usage. RS refers me to Firefox/Mozilla help. I have followed the instructions as i understand them with no success-not able to grant permission while using the RS program. the program is running on Windows 10

Firefox quit and I restarted the application with all previous browsing tabs. Unfortunately, for some reason, all of my bookmarks (50+) are gone and I cannot find a way to get them back. I do not think I am usually signed into a Firefox account.

Please any help would be much appreciated. I do not recall all the things I've bookmarked.
