Hi, I am having problems with mozilla. I uninstalled mozilla a few weeks ago because I sent my pc to service. When I received it, I tried to restore my profile backup using pasting the files saved in the profile folder. Since then mozilla has become unmanageable as when I open it it is as if it is always the first time, i.e. no history is saved, cookies and also it automatically takes the information (bookmarks, passwords and history) from chrome and puts those into mozilla.

Firefox will not displace the home page of a Facebook group which I belong to. I can get there through my phone app, so the group seems to be functioning. I can access the group on an old I.E. browser, so it seems to be a browser problem. I can get to my other groups, just not this one. I get a FB message that there is technical trouble when I try to access that group. This has gone on for over 24 hours. My Firefox is up to date.

Yesterday I went to use my Arkscan Label printer as I always have for years and it distorts the image very largely as appose to fitting 4 x 6 as it always has. I re downloaded the driver, checked my setting from my label shipping site (etsy) and all is the same. My co-workers is still working, (she does not do automatic updates). After reaching out to technical support from Arkscan it is a widespread problem after your latest update to firefox. I was suggested to use a different browser such as Chrome or Edge. Will you be addressing this issue ASAP or should I use another browser from here on out?

Firefox- You have really screwed the pooch with this update. Half the websites I visit today are broken in some way, and the other half are displayed incorrectly (as in being about 4 pages wide and who knows how many tall). I missed a couple of important bids cause I couldn't get to the links I needed to buy something before they expired. Why was this needed? You can do security updates all day long, but you had to change how every website on the planet LOOKS???? Plus, YOUR crap on the page takes up one third of the screen real estate. I trusted you for years as being NOT Microsoft. Guess that is truly over, as this is an absolute travesty...

I tried starting with all extensions disabled - same results.

Is the development crew monitoring this? Something changed with this release that's causing this. I wouldn't mind if it didn't work, but crashing the browser is a no-no.

Hi, I have received a link to Activate a new user account at the French railway network SNCF. The link arrived in an e-mail from SNCF. When I click the link the following message appears: Unauthorized url: https://www.sncf-connect.com/app/en-ww/account/activation, for application: ccl.

I am operating in macOS 10.13.6 [the latest my iMAC will accept] using Firefox, and MSN.COM's Outlook E-Mail client. Usually when you "hover" over the e-mail sender's name in "FROM", their URL is produced -- very useful to check for spoofing of legitimate sites. This week I've received several e-mails where this did not work. Is this a new spam tactic, and are there any solutions ? Any thoughts ??

I upgraded Firefox, created an account and installed Simple Tabs. I changed a few things in settings. I now have to login into Facebook every time and I cannot post anything. How do I fix it? When the window pops up the little icon circle just keeps going around and around.

Hi, in just the past few days I've discovered that when I visit a website and set up a log-in ID and password, the password that Firefox Manager offers to save isn't being saved correctly. For example, say I use the password 143143, it saves it as something like 973973.

This has happened to me three times that I'm aware of (and I kept having to go back to Safari's saved passwords to find the correct ones, since I typically use randomly generated passwords.

I'm running macOS Mojave, 10.14.06, so I haven't changed the OS in well over a year. (I haven't updated as I have an SSD that's not APFS.) Any suggestions? Many thanks.

Started working this morning and noticed something was off about FireFox - everything was zoomed by at least 150% browser content AND the application itself (tabs/chrome etc)

I tried: - changing the default zoom settings (they were at 100% already) - no change - tried "refreshing" firefox - no change - tried updating video drivers - no change - disabling secondary (and tertiary) monitors - no change - rebooting (ha!) - no change - changed a couple options in about:config as reported in other posts - no change

To be clear CTRL+/-/0 are not fixing the problem, the browser itself is the wrong size! Strangely enough, the browser inspector does not seem to be affected. I had to stop using Chrome because the same problem randomly happened one day and Edge installed looking about 150%

The only odd thing I may be doing is running WSL GUI apps via X410 ... though the linux apps are not affeted (I launch FireFox from Linux - everything is fine....)

I am unable to use the Google Reverse Image website via Firefox. It will not allow me to upload the image to the site. I have no problem when accessing the site via Microsoft Edge.

I just updated my Firefox and now the sizing is broken on everything. I have fixed the individual pages, but the issue now is the size of the toolbars (tabs/middle bar/web addressEtc/Bookmarks) and my weather are huge and I can't find where to re-size them. My weather is off the screen for the 5 day view and the one day view is too high so it gets cut off. This basically makes this add-on useless now.
