I try to suppress a POP count after having created an IMAP count with the same name. The way to process seams to be : Open the count with menu Tools > Paramètres and select the POP count. I get the message : A count with the same name already exists. Please use a diferent name of count. And I can’t go further. How can I do ? Thanks.

On installing Firefox today, I tried importing my passwords from Chrome. It seemed to work with no error report but, when I accessed any sites, the saved passwords that Firefox auto-filled were all incorrect. I'm not going to reset scores of passwords. Is there something I should do, apart from uninstalling Firefox and reverting to Chrome?

Like I said, upgraded to Windows 10 over the weekend. Figured there would be some tweaks and hiccups, but this is getting out frustrating. We use Google Drive for work, often needing to download files from there. Upon attempting to download anything I'm redirected to a page with this error message:

"The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to doc-0o-6k-docs.googleusercontent.com.

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

I've reinstalled, checked for updates, snagged java, flash, tried firefox safe mode, cleared cache and cookies, and I'm running out of ideas here. Seems to be no problem using Chrome, so problem is unique to firefox which is unfortunate since FF is my browser of choice.

Firefox release 59 for raspberry pi for Kaios development. We are a young non profit startup and we use raspberry pi as our primary computer for development. We found firefox for raspberry pi but it is the latest version. We want release 59 as only that suppor webdev needed for kaios development

hi All, I had a disk crash and had to reinstall Win10, which cleverly backs up everthing in a .OLD file.

Back in the midst of time I did something 'clever' (Read: stupid) and by the looks of things (directory size) I kept my FF profile in MyDocuments (why???). Anyway, importing that profile has lost my passwords!!!

I have my bookmarks but they've been imported into a 'higher' directory and I need to view them through the popup box as they're not visible on the toolbar. I also have all my history and download history.

I'm a good boy and have a different password for every site and a variety of email addresses, so needless to say, it's going to be a pain to reset everything. I also imported the profiles from appdata\..\profiles but nothing of any use was there.

please help.

I am using FF for my automation testing.I run lot of FF instances/windows in parallel. For example if I run 20 window in HTMLUNIT-Driver then my cpu usage is only 5 to 10% but if i run 20 FF headless then my cpu usage is 80=90% .

I tried FF 80 . Still same behaviour

Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2019 LTSC - win64 Firefox ESR 78.3.1

The plugin OpenH264 isn't downloading properly, it is needed for webex teams calls. We have tried all the options available to check but nothing worked, kindly let me know what can be done to resolve it.

When I try to use my existing Firefox account login on my new Win 10 laptop, it tells me the password is incorrect. I have tried this both manually and with a password manager; fails either way. (This question has been posted using my Win 10 desktop PC, using that very login.)

I have had two occasions over the past several weeks where it appears that Firefox is spontaneously installed from Windows 10 machine.

Is there anything I can/should be doing to prevent this?

Dear, with the last update to 78.4.0 I lost all my local folders in which I stored all my sensitive and important email. The same occured on my back-up laptop who also was updated to 78.4.0

How could I solve this to recover all my local folders?

I downloaded & installed a newer vs of Firefox, only to find the new launch screen informing me that this is now using a 'new profile' and 'it can't be deleted,' but I can get access to my last bookmarks by setting up a Firefox Account and profile. Done - ish. I'm not sure the process completed as I do not have another device to register to this newly created account. Meanwhile, all of my bookmarks are MIA, and there are no folders called 'bookmarkbackups' and there are no other Mozilla files and folders anywhere on my HD that don't have today's date as last modified. HELP!!! please.

This all started when I could no longer download pdfs from shared folders (accessed last week) on the Google (evil) platform. Our IT guy suggested I update my browser version, since I had no problem when I tried a test and downloaded the pdfs w/ease using Chrome(also evil). So I updated my Firefox browser because I don't want to be forced into using Chrome as my primary browser - ever. Now I seem to be totally hosed - by Mozilla this time. You know, I was perfectly happy and well served running vs ~66. And this kind of thing is exactly why I don't like updates. Please help me and restore my previously unwavering faith and loyalty to Mozilla. I have been using Mozilla web browsers exclusively since 1993/4(?) (I don't think it was even called Firefox then). Please help.

My Firefox download is frozen and will not allow a force quit or even a computer restart. I recently upgraded my mac OS to Catalina and it seems to be incompatible. How can I stop this download?

I've been going around in circles for the past hour trying to find a way to reach Firefox (email, chat, telephone) - nothing. So here I am. My problem. I bought a new iMac, Catalina 4 months ago. Nothing but problems which are slowly getting rectified. I think! Luckily, have not had a problem with Firefox which I use as a secondarry browser after the built-in Safari. Well, today, Oct 30,2020, I couldn't open Firefox. Icon on icon bar just bounced until it stopped. Had to force quit. So, I deleted the current version and downloaded a new version. But still, it will not open! Anyone know whats up with this situation?

I had to change browsers to get facebook because the explorer was no longer supported. I changed to Firefox but now my words with friends has disappeared. How do I get it back? Thanks. I am very confused. sarah

I have dowloaded the software on my Macbook Pro. I see this visualization in front of me with the logo and a line to a folder symbol. According to the instructions I need to 'eject firefox'. If I do this, nothing happens. Could somebody advise me what to do?
