As you can see from the screenshot, the screen resolution is not optimized. It happens only with firefox and with this big screen (HP 27fh), on my laptop is fine. Please help, Iæd like to set Firefox as default browser

We are a medium-sized company and are looking for a viable solution for sharing bookmarks between devices. Does anyone know what the maximum number of devices whose bookmarks can be synchronized with Fireofx is?

Some say five, but I cannot find an authoritative answer to this. Also, if that is true, is there some kind of bussiness solution for this kind of demand?

I spoke to BT who proved that Firefox and not Edge was the problem and there is a need to know how to remove entries which appear under the Firefox through either Autofill or Autosave or finally Autopopulate. This need arises from a problem which has arisen under username entry and which cannot be permanently removed.

I need some advice on how to resolve this problem!

I think I have successfully downloaded Thunderbird, but I do not know how to get it working to open my Webmail/reagan.com...Thanks...MGM2

I have lost the password to my business account which is with gmail and wondered whether the Firefox software will be able to retrieve it. It is in my history, but when I click on it, it asks me for my password, which I cannot remember. I have made purchases using that account that I cannot chase up because I cannot get access to the account. Please help if you possibly can.

Having used Firefox browser for so many years now, just recently I am experiencing occasional links not working when my trusty Roboform (version 9.5.8.0) extension is enabled. The same links work fine with Roboform when tested in Edge and Chrome browsers which frustrates me as I do not want to switch from Firefox. I have tried removing the extension and reinstalling a fresh download, same for uninstalling Firefox. I have tried setting up a new Firefox profile. I have gone through every Firefox setting many times trying with or without although I have not actually modified any setting recently so I am fairly confident that this problem is due to a change in either Firefox or Roboform. I am using Firefox version 124.0.2 in Windows 11 23H2 (currently 22631.3374) and also use two other extensions, being Kaspersky Protection and Facebook Container which have been resident for a few years now. I can remove the other two extension individually but it is only by disabling the Roboform extension that enables me to view these troublesome links without any issue. An example is https://www.hughes.co.uk/product/kitchen-appliances/cooking/microwaves/hisense/h29mobs9hguk whereby if I click on any of the three "Flexi-Pay", "Delivery & Collection" or "Services" buttons on the right, there is no response when Roboform extension is installed. What can be unique/different about these links? I have naturally been in touch with Roboform but so far they have sadly not been able to help find me a solution, so I thought I should ask the experts at Firefox hoping that someone out there might just have experience of such an issue. Just as a separate observation, the Roboform extension is missing its icon when viewed in Add-ons Manager and also when viewed in the Firefox Add-ons library which I find very odd as that wasn't always the case. It is appearing normally in my Firefox Toolbar. Thank you in advance for any help offered.

Lately, when I try to download different files like .docx, .pptx, etc., Firefox always downloads files with a .pdf extension. I tried it in a different browser, and the problem does not occur there. Of course, the files are the same in binary terms, so when I change the extension, everything is fine, but it is annoying. What is wrong?

When I go to sites like google or bing, ect... I used to be able type multiple spaces between words now it only lets me type 1 space between words. Multiple spaces makes it easier to cut and paste when I'm doing multiple searches

Hi, I can't read some DRM protected media anymore (Prime video, Spotify) in Firefox in Windows10.

The error I get say that firefox doesn't have Widevine installed (but it does).

I can read the content with other browsers (Brave) so the problem is not Windows Media Foundation i guess?

What I already tried:

-untoggling/toggling Widevine in plugins

-reinstalling firefox and using a new profile

-using Firefox Nightly

-removing the drm folder from the profile and relaunching firefox

Any ideas?

FF has been the browser of choice for me for years. Word Press has been the weblog platform of choice for almost as long. Recently, however, FF won't accept embedded links in new posts.

If I try to create an embedded link, the link text box flickers and won't allow the text for the link to be inserted.

At the suggestion of WP, I cleared the FF cache - to no effect.

I decided to try posting through another browser, Chrome. It worked fine.

Chrome could be a workaround for this, but I'd much prefer to use FF.

Any ideas?

PS I use Windows 11, latest upgrade, and the latest version of FF

I have noticed that my mouse becomes unresponsive exclusively when clicking Browser items in Firefox 124.0.2 (64-bit) on Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1

usually everything is fine for a while, then after a small working period I can still hover over items in Firefox but any click action (right or left) is ignored by Firefox or pages in Firefox.

At the same time clicking in other apps is still working fine.

When restarting firefox the functionality often re-occurs and works again for a certain time.

Actually my problem was solved. It came from the fact that following a maintenance intervention on the servers of the https site where my account was located, and access to which was blocked by Mozilla, the automatic updating of certificates had not worked. Which the site technicians resolved following a request I sent to them.
